Worse dress store ever! They push you to order a dress and if once it gets in it's not the right fit or what you want, they will not let you get another dress even if no alterations have been done to the dress. I would understand if I said I didn't want it after alterations have been made but the dress hasn't even been touched, it is exactly as it got delivered. She said I have to take the dress because it was already ordered and delivered to the store.... It's a dress store, you put it out and just sell it! I have never heard this in any store. How do you not get any flexibility on getting a dress that is ordered from a catalog? So you lose your deposit or you are stuck with a $500 plus dress that you are unhappy with. read more

We made a tux rental order of 18 men and they got colors/ sizes all wrong the guys went more then four times to get exchanges etc they would lie that they do and wouldn't and also the owner would charge each guy a different amount then what the contract was! I checked this place out because it was next to my favorite taco spot. I needed a tux for my cousins wedding, one week before the actually wedding it self. They were very friendly and very helpful, the only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars is because i did have to wait an extra day to get my tux, I ended up picking it up the day before the wedding. Also wish they would open on Sundays to return the tux. Pros- very professional service, they let you take the tux for 3-4 days, price was extremely afforadable for the tux that I got. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left a dress for tailoring 2 weeks ago and I was promised my dress a couple days later. When I went they hadn't even started on the dress. I returned 3 days later and it still was unfinished. The owner said she couldn't do anything about it and when I asked for my dress back there was a part missing to it. The owner said that I had no choice but to leave my dress there. I told her I needed ASAP and she insulted me! We came here for the throw bouquet for my wedding. We ordered a bouquet from them 2 weeks prior the wedding and they said it would be ready in a couple of days and we would get a call. Fast forward to a day before our wedding and I was getting worried since I had not received a call from them. We arrived at the store only to have the daughter of the owner tell us it wasn't ready due to the fact that they had to order flowers and I said my wedding is tomorrow. She said she would have it ready in an hour or come back the next day at 11 am. Since we live on the opposite side of town we had to wait until the next day. On the day of my wedding my husband went to the store to pick up the bouquet only to have the the lady say it wasn't ready my husband angry now told the lady he would pick something and was followed by the girl picked a bouquet and left. So my throw bouquet was a completely random color because he had to get something off of the shelf of 3 options. Horrible horrible service. No sincere apology received by Leon's Bridal. read more

WORST PLACE EVER! I went here towards the end of January to order my wedding dress (my wedding is in June) and chose I dress, and placed the order. They told me it would arrive in March. March came and went and I had not heard back from anyone yet. I called March 31st and was told my dress had arrived. I was a little upset because they hadn't called me when it arrived, but since I had a lot of time until the wedding, I didn't think too much of it. I drove down the next day and they tell me they had made a mistake and that my dress hadn't arrived. So I ask when it would arrive and they told me they had to call and since it was past 5pm, they would have to wait until the next day to call the place and ask when my dress would arrive. I told them to call me the next day and tell me when my dress would arrive since it had already been 2 months. The next day, she never called me so when I called she told me that my dress had actually arrived earlier that morning. It seemed weird to me, but I was just happy my dress had arrived. I drive down there again and they told me they had made ANOTHER MISTAKE AND MY DRESS WAS NOT REALLY THERE. At this point I was furious. I asked for an order confirmation and she was making excuses and didn't want to give the confirmation to me. I told her that they probably hadn't even ordered the dress and she assured me that they had. She said she would email the order confirmation to me the next day. The next day comes around and I had not received a copy of the order confirmation. She then calls me to say that the dress I had chosen WAS NOT IN STOCK!!! And to top it off she told me that I had to come in and choose another dress or if I wanted to go somewhere else, that she wouldn't return my deposit. I drove down there to demand my deposit back. Turns out, she never ordered my dress, even though she was denying it the whole time and said that the place that had the dress I wanted had just told them that they didn't have the dress. FULL OF BS! After I made a fuss at the place, they gave me my deposit back, but definitely had the worst experience at that place. Luckily I was able to go somewhere else and get my dress in time for my wedding. This place is so unorganized, unprofessional, and not dependable at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

Extremely bad customer service!! I went in today to pick up my daughter's prom dress that I ordered 2 weeks ago. First off, it didn't get there, the day promised. (It's ok) When it finally arrived, they had ordered a "M" instead of an "XS" (their mistake) When my daughter tried it on, it's was huge. I reached to look at the size tag, and guess what?.. it was CUT off! (Like we wouldn't notice, it wasn't an XS) Then they told me, they would fix it, (at extra charge!) and would be ready TODAY. Walked in today, and the owner, told me, she has been busy so my dress wasn't ready. WOW!! She told me, I had 2 options, either take it as is (huge) or get my money back...really??!! So thanks to Leon's bridal, my daughter can't make it to her photo shoot tomorrow. And will have to rush and look for a dress for prom day. Do not go here. They could care less about their customers and their special events!! read more

If I could give this horrible place zero stars I would. This review is a little late but people should know to NEVER buy from these unprofessional people. So my cousin was having her quince in August 2016. We came in May 2016 for the measurements on the dress we were going to need. So all the girls came and got their measurements taken. We were told dress would arrive by first week of July. First of all we wanted gold colored dress per the party theme colors and they ordered pink ones! Luckily the mistake was caught on time (or so we thought) July comes and goes and nothing had arrived. Party was less then a month at this point and we were calling ever other day to check up on the dresses. Because these unprofessional people didn't have the decency to call or update us. Their big excuse was "the wildfires in California has stopped all traffic and shipping trucks can't get through". Plain lies I had just gone to California and everything was fine. It is literally the week of the party and we are freaking out because the damas have no dress. Kept on telling us that they would arrive on time. At this point we had gone to different department stores to see were we could get an emergency back up dress. It is the day before the party and we are all anxious because the dresses had barely arrived at 3pm that day. So we go try on the dresses and these people ordered the wrong dresses and the wrong size for one of the damas. We ask them to get their seamstress to make the dress a little bigger so it would fit a little better. This old women (owner) has the audacity to tell us to come back in the morning and get it fixed because her seamstress had just gone home. Even though it was there mistake and they had not only ordered the wrong dress but the wrong size. My guess is they didn't even actually order it when they claimed to. The mass was at 10 am and the business didn't open until 11am. At this point I was fuming mad and it took a lot of self control to not make a scene. I was calling different seamstress places to see if anyone would be able to fix this because she would not have anything to wear the next day. I was able to get this wonderful seamstress with a personal business who stayed up all night fixing that dress. All I can say is save yourself some headaches and bad customer service and go somewhere where actual professionals work. read more
