Children's Place is a great place to shop if you have kids!! Haha! Besides the obvious, they always have great specials on tops, bottoms, shoes, and pretty much anything kids apparel! My kids get pretty rough and can destroy a pair of jeans before leaving the store,but seeing as though they usually run $9/pair here I don't get too worked up! Plus, when they rip they do this pretty decent shred thing in the knees and people always ask where'd i buy those cute jeans!! Hahaha! I just say they're custom ripped! The tops are really cute and the graphics are always up to date with the latest "slang" phrases, and the boys favorite, glow in the dark! These usually run $7 and start as small as infant sizes! If you sign up online for their savings club you often get %30 off coupons and heads up on the upcoming deals! I've been able to snag a puffy winter coat or two here for only $20! I've been systematically billed for a $3.24 dollar item that I never received. Yet, I've been charged interest and late fees for six months. Once I brought it to their attention it was "corrected immediately" I appreciate that but now I am forced to wait an entire month until I can make a purchase. I am being punished for something that is not my fault during the holiday season and they have nothing to offer me in exchange. I've spent thousands of dollars in that store and I will no longer give a dollar to this company. Ever since I've been an auntie (since the mid-90s), I've been shopping this chain because the clothes are good-quality and the prices are good; there are always specials- probably the most affordable childrens wear store. I've always thought in general, that little girls' clothing is much cuter than little boys' but I don't have a hard time choosing here, because there are lots here! Like all the stores (even the outlet store), the stuff on the left is for boys, while the stuff on the right is for girls. We came here the week before for a rash guard and swim trunks for the baby, but the rash guard must've been mismarked @ 6-9 months, so we came back yesterday. We were able to get $15.00 credit and got three little tees (@ $5.00 each), great for summer time (yesterday was the first 90 degree day of the year). Good deals here, and I expect to be shopping here for more years to come. read more

Worst experience at this store location. I've been shopping at this store for years. My oldest is 17 now, so that should let you know. I came in and purchased four pairs of size 10 jeans for my daughter, tried them on when she got home from school and they were a little too big. I went back in the next day (9-3) to exchange them for a size 8 and it was already a hell scene from there! The girls told me that they "couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a receipt", mind you, when I purchased them that the cashier knew I couldn't get into my email and I asked if there would be a problem if I exchanged them the next day, but of course not, right?! Any who, yesterday there was a big problem and then to solve it, they were acting like they were doing ME a FAVOR by "exchanging" it for the same style. I've worked retail for years and shopped here for years. They were also able to bring up my information by my number in the system but could not bring up my receipt or print out my receipt from Thursday (9-2). Any who, to make matters worse! I go to do laundry right now and noticed that I only had THREE pairs of jeans instead of the FOUR jeans. I called the store and the girl "checked the cameras" and also claimed the girl who helped me yesterday AND told me to leave my bag at the register said that I only brought in three jeans. LOL!!! Seriously, You CAN NOT make up this stuff up!!!! I came in with FOUR JEANS.. and you gave me THREE JEANS because you were too busy worrying about not giving my daughter the GREY jeans which was not a COLOR we originally had but was the SAME price, but get this... she ended up going back and bringing me another pair of blue jeans that wasn't even the same style we originally had neither, but because it was BLUE like our original jeans we brought in.. she was going to give it to us. That's how PETTY these girls are who work here. That doesn't even make any kind of sense! Every Jean has its own style number. I'm far from stupid! Never shopping at this location again. I also read over the reviews and see Adriana's name in some of the other comments, so I'm not surprised. I wish I knew the other girls name, too, but it's okay. I'm getting my jeans they left out of my bag tomorrow and if they do not give it to me then I'm going higher up the ladder and contacting my bank because this is ridiculous and a waste of time!! read more

Horrible!!!! I went to return some shorts that were brand new tags on and they said they can only return items for the same exact iteM without a receipt!! And right now they aren't selling shorts!! So they would issue me store credit I bought these online and cannot find the email of the receipt so now I'm stuck with $89 worth of shorts my daughter will never wear And I can't even wait till next summer because these are size 16 and that's the highest they go in sizes. Ridiculous I shop here so much but after today never again I'll stick with old navy!!! read more

I absolutely love the clothes here for my kiddos. However every single time I've ordered online I have issues. It takes weeks sometimes longer to get the clothes shipped to me(Even before the pandemic)Every time I call now It doesn't even give me the option to hold, it says they are experiencing high call volume and to try again later. I've emailed multiple times and still no response. This company has the worst customer service! I give 1 star because of that. BEWARE of ordering online from this company. I'm still waiting on half or my order(It shows it was delivered yet at the same time it says still processing) and it's been at least 2 weeks. I understand shipping may take longer with everything going on HOWEVER I should be able to contact someone to find out where my stuff is! read more

I would rather cut my arm off before I go back to this place. This place is so unorganized, really under-stocked and extremely messy, not to mention, it's the home of the rudest customer service representatives in the business. Walmart has nothing on this place. All I wanted to do was exchange 3 pairs of pants and 3 pairs of leggings. I was told that I could only exchange them for the same exact item (just in a different size) being that I didn't have the receipt. The funny part is that that's all I wanted to do, but because they were so under-stocked and unorganized, exchanging the items wasn't an option. I couldn't find anything I needed. I told the lady that it was extremely important that the items were switch out for something, even if I had to get a different style. Josie, the cashier, told me that there was nothing she could do. She expressed how the exchange was not going to happen. I subsequently ask for the contact information to a manager or area manager. Josie told me that she couldn't give out any numbers. That was the 1st time I've even heard that. She said that the only number she could give me was the number to Customer Service (#1800). She even made a big deal about checking the availability at other locations. She acted like she was too busy or something, but I was the only customer in the store. I guess she didn't want to do her job or something. Like I was bothering her or something! She finally, reluctantly, looked up the availability at the other stores. She then told me that the others store had the items but I would have to go there and make sure. That was it. I went the other store and things were totally different. I exchanged the pants and leggings out for other pants and leggings, not even the same style. I guess it could have been done. She just didn't want to do it. Had a terrible experience when I came in on March 15th 2021! I got to the store at 6:45 and they had already had the rope over the door saying they were closing which the actual store isn't supposed to close until 7pm!! I might have been a little bit late but all I had to do was grab 2 uniforms for my daughter for school. The young lady at the door was very rude!! She stated that i could only come in if I knew what I was getting and Would get out exactly at 7. EXCUSE ME? I get you want to go home but your turning away business when your doors aren't even supposed to be closed yet & you're deciding to be absolutely rude on top of that? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm regretting not getting her name now cause of how rude she was and the way she was talking to me they didn't want to have to deal with me when I literally didn't have to purchase much but you know what that will definitely be the last time I go to this location PERIOD. I was in a rush because I had homework due for my online class I'm taking for my bachelors degree...I got what I needed but I'll never return to this location because following people around like their stealing is unacceptable.
