I tried this laundry service to help with the family laundry load. Twice now they have come earlier…read morethan their stated pickup window (they text you the night before to remind you what time to leave your bags out) and then they want to charge you for a missed pickup. Customer service says "some partners come earlier and we state that on our website"....when I read the website there was no mention of partners, this was branded as an in house service. I don't know why you would give customers a pickup window and then argue with them when you don't adhere to your own statement. Also, when you set up your account you select preferences around detergent (scented or not) and any affitional instructions. None of these have ever been followed, out laundry always comes back smelling scented. There are other laundry services out there and I am off to try them!

They have a decent selection of shoes (new and used) at fair market rates. The sneaker market is always up and down but all things considered everything makes sense. I didnt go there for the clothes but they had a nice selection of valuable street wear.
