I've been coming to this thrift store for over 15 years. It used to be my go‑to spot because it was…read moreclose to home, and I could always find cute, unique pieces at great prices. The store is still very clean, thoughtfully organized, and the staff are genuinely kind, but the pricing has become unrealistic. Many items now cost more than what I can find brand‑new at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. I was honestly shocked to see a St. John suit set priced at $500. I want to keep supporting this place, but the value just isn't there anymore. If the store adjusted its pricing to better reflect secondhand value, I think it would bring back more shoppers and help business overall. If you're hoping to find treasures at true thrift‑store prices, this may not be the right shop for you.

I tried this laundry service to help with the family laundry load. Twice now they have come earlier…read morethan their stated pickup window (they text you the night before to remind you what time to leave your bags out) and then they want to charge you for a missed pickup. Customer service says "some partners come earlier and we state that on our website"....when I read the website there was no mention of partners, this was branded as an in house service. I don't know why you would give customers a pickup window and then argue with them when you don't adhere to your own statement. Also, when you set up your account you select preferences around detergent (scented or not) and any affitional instructions. None of these have ever been followed, out laundry always comes back smelling scented. There are other laundry services out there and I am off to try them!

Their prices are incredibly reasonable considering they are a thrift store, let alone inside the mall. I remember when I asked the gentleman at the register how much the items were because there were no prices, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were great. The dresses are $8.99, the shoes $7.99 and I forgot the rest (sorry, mom brain). Anyway I got a beautiful formal dress and plan to be back again...maybe even tomorrow. He said there were a lot more dresses in the back, so come and check them out soon.

It's a one-stop shop for those who want quality secondhand finds without breaking the bank. The San Diego location pops up in different neighborhoods, and I happened to stumble across the Mira Mesa one on its final 50%-off day. Rhea Lana's pop-up in Mira Mesa is not for the faint of heart, especially if you don't even have a kid! I went in as a grandma on a mission for just two toys (totaling a whopping seven dollars), and somehow ended up in a survival game disguised as a checkout line. The store itself? Impressive. Wall-to-wall baby gear, clothes, strollers all well organized. basically, if a baby could ever need it, they have it. Prices were great, and on the last day everything was 50% off, which explained why the clientele was, well... savage. I'm talking "elbows-out, grab-it-before-it's-gone" energy. I cannot speak for the first days and I cannot speak for what happened before or after I got there. But for my small amount of time, this is my experience. The checkout process didn't help: one long line, two stations (bagging / taggimg first, then paying), and absolute confusion on where to stand or go. By the time I realized I didn't want to waste my life in that line, I had already invested too much time to walk away from my $7 deal. TLDR: Would I go back? Only if I'm mentally prepared and wearing comfortable shoes for the prices alone.
