We tried several different therapies until he found the right one. I have been pain free for 8 years thanks to him and his team. I don't even think about pain anymore because of him. Absolutely awful experience. My primary doctor referred me to see rheumatology. I went online to find the recommended rheumatologists in the area. I made an appointment on Zocdoc with a female doctor and when I arrived at the office, I was worked up by the Medical Assistant for 30 minutes and then told I was going to see the male doctor. I had labwork done by my primary indicating why I was being referred and the office and not inquired or asked about it in advance even though my primary told me they would have access to it. I met with the doctor and he told me he was going to work me up and so I was sent for several blood tests and several x-rays. I was also given a trial steroid to see how it made me feel. He mentioned that I was high risk for an autoimmune condition given my family medical history, symptoms and positive ANA test. I was told to schedule a follow up in two weeks when my lab results were in. When I showed up two weeks later, I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor. When the doctor finally walked in, it felt as if he had no idea who I was. It was evident that he did not spend much time reviewing my lab results or x-rays prior to the appointment. He walked in and sat with his back to me for the first few minutes of the appt asking me questions. It was only once I started to raise my concerns due to the abnormal markers in my blood tests that he turned around and started to look at me. He did not ask about the trial of steroid he gave me or how it made me feel, I had to bring that up on my own. I told him I had met with a functional doctor to review my blood work and they said I had some things going on and he didn't seem to care at all. He said that everything 'looked normal' and that I should come back in 3 months for a follow up. It was on me to continue to ask questions and better understand what is going on with me. Also worthy of mention is that I asked the receptionist at check in if there was somewhere my mom could send her charts/documents because she was coming in in two days for a second opinion on her RA. She acted like that was a ridiculous question and said that they don't look at anything ahead of time or do chart reviews. She ended up giving me her personal email address I could email the charts do, but recommended printing everything out and bringing it on our own. Do not recommend this practice, at least if you are a new patient looking for a new rheumatologist or second opinion. read more

I'm putting this out there as a heads up. I have been a patient here about 5 years, going every 8 weeks for an infusion. I had an appointment at 10:45 this morning and received a call that my appointment was being cancelled. There was a problem with insurance. We just switched to Medicare and I was assured by their insurance pro last fall, that between Medicare and our secondary, it would be covered, that I was lucky, we had a great secondary policy. So we applied for part B in January, which was the earliest we could because my husband retired the end of January, and we find out now, they are backed up 60-90 business days. I offered to pay the bill I received that went through our secondary only, and Geri, in billing, told us NOT to pay, that Medicare would review it and they would pay it by the end of March or start of April. The medication I currently am on, is infused every eight weeks. If you miss a treatment, you have to go back more often to repeat the "loading dose", in other words, you have to start over. That is why I was so shocked they would cancel like that. The receptionist offered to put on one of the nurses, and honestly, I saw no point in that. The Drs are the only ones who can prescribe, and she didn't offer to put one of them on. The orders come from the top, and the Drs at this practice have a problem. If the medication I'm on is so dire that I can't skip, less I have a flare up that will cause further joint damage, then how are you able to abruptly cancel my appointment with no discussion or replacement medication? Makes me wonder if an oral medication would have been just as effective. I asked Dr Small several times and he insisted this is the best route, the other oral meds are not as good alone. He offered that I could take an oral medication in addition to the infusion, to boost the infusion drug, but that the oral medications taken alone just don't work as well. I have an appointment with a different rheumatologist in a few weeks who does not do infusions in her office, I'll try my luck on an oral medication this time. (Really hoping I don't have a major flare up by the time I see the Dr, my appointment isn't for six weeks!) Just another heads up, those infusions are billed around $50-90,000 a year, not including blood work performed each time and visits with the physicians. Very expensive treatment. So over the last 5 years, this has added up. This has been disruptive for sure, and very confusing. I don't understand how the medication needs to be strictly followed every 8 weeks, if you skip, you need to restart with a loading dose, but they are comfortable cutting it off abruptly with no other treatment offered, and no discussion with a Dr. Very confusing...... read more

Over the past five years, I have developed an inflammatory arthritis that has been hard to diagnose: After being on medicine for gout that did nothing for the problem, I went to see Dr. Katz-Small in the Summer of 2022 and was literally heard for the first time in this process. I walked in using a cane and am now pretty much asymptomatic due to the care that I have received. The office staff has been welcoming, understanding, and helpful and I have nothing, but good things to say about this organization. Do NOT waste your time & money! First of all, I waited for THREE hours before I FINALLY saw Dr. Katz Just so he could tell me MAYBE I have Sjogren's Syndrome (which I definitely do... I even have plugs in my eyes because of it) but that most likely it's FIBROMYALGIA! Exactly what he tells EVERYONE! As if that is not bad enough when I said I might want a second opinion before moving forward with treatment he FLIPPED out YELLING that he does NOT know why my pain level is a 10, when I LOOK OKAY!!! I am incredibly grateful that I have always been able to rely on he and his entire staff. Dr. Robert Katz, who for all intents and purposes is Rheumatology Associates, is one of the finest rheumatologists in the nation. Consistently voted in Chicago's and America's top doctor rankings, my personal experience has been stellar. After 7 years of balking and hemming and hawing by a multitude of other doctors, he was able to preliminarily diagnose my condition (tophaceous gout) in 15 minutes and confirm it with a set of hand X-rays and blood tests. He is thorough, efficient, nice, brilliant, and amazingly interesting; his collection of Asian and Latin American art and artifacts could make his office rate a small gallery (though the seemingly- omnipresent ECG machines and in-office lab, X-ray, and MRI make it impossible to forget why you are there). The downside is that he is really, really busy; with appointment, I waited for over 2 hours today - and this wasn't the first time. (Today's overflow meant that my appointment was held in the conference room; his collection of gorgeous preserved bugs in shadow boxes in there is *jaw-dropping*, and I don't like bugs at all. So that was worth it.) He specializes in lupus and (I think) fibromyalgia, but he is amazing at every aspect of rheumatology, from what I gather. He certainly has put forth a strategy for reversing my issues which nobody else had, previously. My gout is caused by side effects from meds and my other deeper conditions; he has been thorough, cautious, and complete in working with all my other doctors and not starting any treatments until they all sign off on it. Talk about professional! He is based out of Rush but also holds an appointment with Northwestern Memorial, so that might help you insurance-wise. Do you need a top flight rheumatologist? Secondly, Dr Robert Katz is comprehensive, most knowledgeable & well-known within the Rheumatology community & internationally, as well as being compassionate, & detail-oriented! Lastly, their staff is beyond incredible! They are consistently going above & beyond the call of duty to assist all of their patients needs, like my example of assisting patients with their Rx's by using Specialty Pharmacies, like Senderra Rx, to help activate copay cards for lowering the cost of my Rx!!! Dr Katz is the finest physician, I have ever worked with. A rigorous schedule indeed, but when you have your time with the Dr, you will not be rushed or feel short changed on a visit. The patients are scheduled every 15 minutes, to allow for possible cancellations. There are not many of those, so the time he takes to work, caringly, may exceed the allotted time and "snowballs ", throughout the day. His consideration is aimed at getting to the solution of your problem and relieving your pain. He truly cares about improving your life so you can enjoy time without pain. I would like to have reviewed this doctor based on actually seeing him. But I have tried for over two solid weeks to make an appointment. The people who answer the phone are horrendous. They hang up on you. They promise to call you back and don't. They are rude when they do talk to you and act like you are bothering them. I have called five times over two and a half weeks. I have had the required paperwork faxed. Still....I get hung up on. Not sure why they think that this behavior is ok, but it is not. If this sort of nastiness is ok with Dr Katz, then I'm pretty sure that he is not a doctor I want anything to do with. I'm so frustrated with this office that i can barely write this review. If I had more energy I would file a formal complaint. Let me sum it up like this I saw Dr. Katz twice in 2009. Here is what happened: 1. Dr. Katz will run every single test in the book and x-ray every part of your body. Sounds great but not so much when you get the bill. After the results you will get some non specific diagnosis (mine was a little of Lupus, a little Fibromyalgia and a little mixed connective tissue disease) 2. Dr. Katz gave me Phentermine which is a diet pill (heard of Phen, Phen?) in response to my fatigue. Problem is he overprescribed it and for 3 days straight I had zero appetite, my taste buds went numb and I got red spots on my eyes. I immediately stopped taking it. Regarding his office: 1. This is the most difficult and unethical office I have ever encountered. 2. Getting my records sent to my new rheumatologist was basically impossible. I spoke with Roseanne regarding my records a few weeks ago. I told her I wanted to pick up the records or I could come in and sign the authorization form. She told me I couldn't pick them up and they couldn't send the records to my new rheumatologist without Dr. Katz's permission. After going back and forth she finally told me I could come get them. I let her know what day I was coming and she said fine. When I showed up the office was closed but there were a few workers still there. Then I was informed that Roseanne doesn't even work on Wednesdays. SMH Anyway even though I was standing right in front of them they didn't want to give me the records. It was only ten pages and they said I would have to pay $75 if I wanted them. Then I was told that THEY did ME a favor by not charging me to get the records out of storage. I was never imformed about a fee to get the records from storage. Then when I asked if they could just fax them they said they would need Dr. Katz to authorize it. It was so ridiculous! I literally felt like they were holding my records hostage! Finally, the said they would fax them but of course when I got to my new doctor (who is also at Rush) they only faxed 2 of the 10 pages. The whole experience was a total NIGHTMARE. I will NEVER EVER deal with this office or this Doctor ever again. It's a shame because Dr. Katz is a major figure in the field of rheumatology...you would think the customer service would be better. I guess this is what "big" business looks like. read more

Dr. Katz has one of the biggest egos and does not care about his patients. I do not recommend people go see him and I am NEVER going back to him! From the start he did not care about what I have been through, he only wanted to know about my current pain and then threw medication at me. When the medication did not work (made me suicidal) he told me I was severely depressed and needed to go back to my psychiatrist and look into treatments that are similar to shock therapy. Unfortunately if he understood psychology and depression, and if he spent any time with me, he would know that I have never been depressed before I had chronic pain and I have never been suicidal before I started taking the medication he prescribed. My depression started after the pain became chronic and therefore the therapies he suggested would not work. Plus my therapist has repeatedly told me anyone in my situation would be depressed and it would actually be abnormal and she would worry about me if I wasn't depressed given all that I have been through in such a short time. Additionally I had to wait 2 hours from the time I arrived until he walked into the exam room during my last visit. Because it had been so long, my ride was waiting for me. I never expected to wait 2 hours for a doctor, now a days most doctors are pretty efficient and do not keep you waiting longer than an hour at the very most. When he did come in the room he did not apologize (my exam room door was open and I heard the other doctor tell him repeatedly I was in a rush and she wanted him to see me but he kept saying no, wanted me to wait so he could see the other patients that were there). So he did not apologize for keeping me 2 hours and then only spoke to me for 5 minutes, yes I timed it, I only saw him for 5 minutes. I do have a complex case, but most doctors now allow 15-20 minutes to spend with each patient, not 5 minutes. Regardless of what everyone says, maybe his caseload is too heavy and he shouldn't take new patients, he is not a good doctor and I would not recommend him. read more

After floating around the burbs trying to find a doctor that could associate the name on the chart with me and actually listen to some sound that came out of my mouth and acknowledge it, I found Dr. Katz by way of a strong recommendation from a neighbor who has long suffered with Fibromyalgia. He has a packed schedule, and you do wait which can be tough, but the past few visits I've really been paying attention. He does go in order of appointments, but if someone is really sick and needs more immediate help, he stops what he is doing to help them. If they are really not doing well and need to get in to see him - he squeezes them in. That is something rare these days as I can say in past emergencies, I couldn't get in touch with my specialists or primary care much less get in to see them. Also, in emergencies when you call - Dr. Katz himself calls you back - which is larger practices is also rare. It's also comforting to know that go forbid that is me on the other side, he will be there to help. Dr. Katz is published in numerous journals throughout the year and I believe is on the board for the Lupus Foundation. Some people could care less about that stuff, but to me it means he is staying on top of the latest developments and findings in Rheumatology - which means he isn't static or just interested in practicing the "old ways". Dr. Katz is very cautious to just write someone off as a disease and push the pills. He has a varied prong approach to help you feel better to have as much as a normal life as possible. He wants to know all about your medical history and lifestyle to help make the best decision. It's not about just perks from the drug companies and I have to say that is beyond awesome. In the beginning he runs lots of tests and imaging. Some people see it as excessive, but if you don't know what is wrong - how do you expect him to know without tests? His tests are very thorough and by far had more information than any I had done with any other rheumatologist and actually led us closer to what is wrong. The ongoing tests for me at least are bimonthly which helps keep track of how things are since I'm not technically in remission of anything yet. The cost with my insurance is far more reasonable than those I had done elsewhere - which makes a huge difference for me with my formerly skyrocketing medical costs. His staff in general is very good - Tony in radiology is fantastic and all his nurses and pa's are fantastic as well. Much more pleasant and knowledgeable than at other offices I have been. I too have to agree with Scott S. and had a great experience with Dr. Katz. Dr. Katz is treating several children of an acquaintance of my mom who all have various autoimmune disorders. My mom started sharing stories of my issues and this friend suggested I go see see Dr. Katz, who she was very, very happy with. I have been having ongoing mysterious symptoms with what appears to be an autoimmune issue and after reviewing all of my tests and paperwork from the past two years he looked up in a reassuring way and said to me, "You're fine." He went on to explain that nothing *yet* definitively leans in a particular direction so that I was right to go with my gut instinct and wait and not take medication for a presumed illness. He ran some more tests so he would have his own lab work to analyze but told me if I had any more strange or more severe symptoms, that I should see him to discuss first before making a major lifelong decision to use medication. It is unfortunate Roger R. had such a bad experience, but I did not notice any of those issues at all -nothing like a "sales pitch". If anything -like Scott S. says -they are very, very busy so you may have to leave a message and wait for a call back because it is clearly a very popular office. Robert is correct when he states that Dr. Katz has numerous affiliations and awards and has been recognized in Chicago Magazines Best Doctors edition. However, despite the acclaim, I did not feel rushed. Dr. Katz was very sweet and personable and I felt very respected by him and his entire staff. Unfortunately, I made an appt per Scott's review, but did not have the same experience. Weirdest doctor office experience ever. I felt like I was receiving a sales pitch from the second I made the call to the office to make an appointment. Ran a million tests, charged an insane amount of $$ to my insurance company ($5K+ for bloodwork). When everything came back fine, Dr. Robert Katz just labeled me with fibromyalgia and tried to drug me up. After making payment, continued to receive multiple bills months after visit. Kept calling and told it was an error and not to worry about it. Every time I called though, office tried to get me to make a follow-up appointment. For what? So that we can have a thousand dollar discussion about the fibromyalgia that I do not have? (doctors since agree that I do not have it). This office cares more about $$ than patients. read more

Even if he has many awards saying that he is one of the best doctors in the country, he is very humble and he listens to you, remembers each details, reviews different opinions/options. I was in pain and could barely walk when I met him. After a few months, I can hike, climb again. Dr Katz has also a great team of nurses, assistants. I've been to many rhuematologists and Dr. Katz, though highly rated among his peers perhaps from his magazines and books he has around his office stating he is a top doctor, was just not very good. First off the wait time was long (1 hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled time), I was not informed of this delay and Dr. Katz did not apologize for being so late, but I thought "I've heard he is very good and if I wait that long for someone very good I will be fine with that". Then in the middle of my visit he takes a phone call about his iPhone at the Apple Store and is discussing about issues he is having with his personal phone with apps and stuff. This happened for about 5 minutes and then when he got off he discussed these issues with his medical assistant as well for a minute or so. It's one thing to take a call like that, it's another to not get right back to helping patients as soon as possible, particularly after I had waited so long already. And to top things off he provided me with little medical assistance for the joint/back/SI issues I have been having. This is not why I am not recommending him (as these issues have been confusing to many rheumatologists I have seen), but more so about him not showing at least care and concern about patients in a way that I feel such a "top doctor" should. I think the very least many patients want is effort and a true desire to help from their doctors, and Dr. Katz did not remotely show this during my visit. read more

After giving me all kinds of blood tests and xrays, Dr. Katz said that I had no arthritis and I should meditate. I had hip pain for 5 months to the point of not being able to bend at all and he told me it was stress. I went to Illinois Bone & Joint Inst. and they did an MRI to find that my vertebrae had arthritis and referred me to a pain specialist. I have now had RFA treatments and am completely pain free! Although he has an extremely busy practice, he told me to come in immediately when I was experiencing a very scary medical issue. Most of the people in his office are also very kind and helpful, but it's Dr. Katz' expertise that kept me coming back for years and years. My review is not about Dr. Katz but Ana which I have no idea what her role is. I contactes Dr. Katz office to schedule a new patient appointment. I was asked what type of insurance I had. I advised UH and Tricare, I was then advised that I would be out of network and was asked to send over a copy of my insurance card so that they could see what my cost would be. I obliged and emailed it to Ana just as she asked. I received a call from Ana between 4:45 and 5:00 PM at which time she proceeded to tell me that my deductible was high $ 5,000 and that the out of network deductible would be even higher even higher so they would not be able to see me. I said excuse me but you are saying you would not be able to see me because of the deductible as if I could not pay it. She continued to say that I would be considered as a self pay because of how high the deductible would be. I again stated if I pay the deductible in full I would not be considered a self pay because my insurance would then cover the cost. Ana continued to repeat the SAME THING! I then made the statement that she was talking to me as if I could not AFFORD to pay the deductible in full. I then said you know what forget it and I hung up. Again I am not writing the review about Dr. Katz abilities because he was highly recommended to me but he really should check his gate keeper which caused him to lose a potential patient. I gross over $ 350,000 a year and was just talked to as if I could not afford to pay a damn deductible. Horrible front desk. Informed Blanca ahead of time if I can't get in within one month I have to find somebody else. She asked me to email her the info, yet gave me the wrong email address. After one hour spent on getting record together the email didn't go through. When I called back in just found out she gave me the wrong address, also the earliest appointment was already two months away. I was requesting to talk to a supervisor, she hanged me up. When I called back again, she was laughing, and put her colleague on the phone when I clearly stated "supervisor". Her colleague stated "probably" next week the supervisor will be in. Dr Katz is so wonderful. I have Sjogren's and SLE (lupus). When I first was diagnosed I freaked out every time I would look at my bloodwork. It was so off the charts that I didn't know what to do. I even got a second opinion but in the end decided to stay with Dr. Katz. I am trying to not take steroids unless I need them so he has me on Benlysta infusions right now and so far so good. He also supports my alternative treatments . I truly believe he is the best doctor in his field in Chicago. I stopped googling about my bloodwork and disease and I have complete trust in him now. -that's his job to interpret all that Since I've listened to his recommendations my hair has stopped falling out, I've gained weight back and knock on wood my pain has gone away. I know this is an ongoing fight but I feel like he is so on top of all the new treatments and will help me along the way. His staff is AMAZING . So sweet, all of them. I have to get an IV infusion once a month now and they make it so comfortable for me . Sometimes the wait is long in the office but I don't care. I make time for it . It's worth having been seen by someone who is not only brilliant but kind . I can now spend the time I used to spend freaking out and googling about my health getting in shape and hanging out with my family knowing he is trying his best to help me. read more

Was his patient for 31 years. He had me on a benzodiazepine (ativan) and did not ever mention it was addictive. One night he has his nurse call me up and tell me he did not want to be my doctor anymore. I was always on time, never missed appts., never owed any money, etc. This med can give you seizures if you do not taper correctly off of it. Requires a long term taper. I asked to talk to him and he would not. I asked for him to pres Ribeiro for a couple of months so I could find a new doctor and he wouldn't. He wrote me a new prescription every month for 31 yrs and now wouldn't write 2 months worth. Well I have gotten off of it now, but I learned to watch all doctors no matter how much you believe in them and to be responsible for you own health. I do not even drink alcohol and had to deal with a drug addiction caused by a doctor. I have a great doctor now that would never do anything like this. I do not know what this was about as he never talked to me, kind of not what you would expect from this kind of a doctor. Dr Katz. Dr. Katz is a great doctor who has always made me feel at ease. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been seeing Dr. Katz since 2008. It was very scary not knowing how this disease effected my body then or in the future, but Dr. Katz made me feel calm and optimistic. The emotional toll can sometimes be greater than the physical one. Can't explain how grateful I am to have a doctor that has the expertise in treating RA. Along with his Expertise in this field, Dr. Katz has thy greatest staff working for him. So many that play a part in my treatment, including nurses, lab technicians, and office staff. My absolute favorite is Alice. She is the reason I left the care of Northwestern Hospital's Rheumatology Department . She convinced me that I would be treated better by Dr. Katz and his staff than any other place. She was 100% correct! I was having scheduling and treatment issues at Northwestern. Ultimately, my primary care physician at Northwestern, recommended that I give Dr. Katz a call. I'm so grateful that I found Rheumatology Associates. Grateful that Alice answered that phone call when I was in desperate need of help. She got me in to see Dr. Katz the very next morning! She was my angel that day and has always helped me out ever since. read more

Dr Katz is an amazing physician. I drive 2.5 hours to see him and it is well worth the trip.

I've been going to Dr. Katz for three years. Prior to this I had completely lost faith in western medicine. I've read the reviews of people that felt he "threw medication" at them and I felt the need to offer some context for that. Dr. Katz patiently worked with me as I tried vainly to exert control over my condition. I tried to find lifestyle changes that would make me feel better and I realized over time that this was just me not wanting to admit I had a condition that controlled me. If I could twist the right dial or change the right behavior, maybe this difficult life could get easier. Dr. Katz is about the only doctor I've ever met that I felt was genuinely interested in me as a person and genuinely concerned for how I felt. He does focus on my current pain. He does suggest medications. This is because Fibromyalgia treatment is about symptom management. I'm not going to find a cure. I can meditate and do yoga to relieve stress on my own but I also need medications to keep me functional and employed. That's the criteria we chase together, functional. I feel poorly most of the time but with Dr. Katz's help I can get out of bed most days and earn a living and support my family. Would I prefer that friends and colleagues not refer to me as a walking pharmacy? Sure. But I have those frends and colleagues because I am out in the world being functional instead of sitting at home nursing head to toe soreness. He's not a magician. He can't cure the incurable but he genuiunely cares. He listens. He helps. As another reviewer wrote, his caring sometimes means lengthy waits. But at the end of a visit when we both agree that although I have pain and I get tired of battling sometimes, I am functional and still employed, even traveling internationally for my job, I leave with a better perspective which is that it's enough. Mine is not an ideal life but Dr. Katz is instrumental in getting it over the threshold to tolerable. I've learned to be grateful for that...and for him. read more

This doctor was unattentive, exhausted, costly and just flat-out wrong about my diagnosis. I went to him for a second opinion and he saw me for a total of 15 minutes-AFTER he ordered several thousand dollars worth of xrays and bloodwork. I waited several hours to actually see him. He is a money-printing machine. He should stick to reserch and give up on patients (I think he's already given-up). His bedside manner is terrible, like he doesn't want to be there. I will never return, nor will I recommend him to someone else. read more

Dr. Katz and his team are the best out there, if you are looking for a dr. who really cares and wants to help you he is the one. He really takes his time and gets to know you, his willingness to always help is hard to find these days. He has helped me out and my entire family we have come to respect him and love him like he is family. I travel out of state just to be seen by him, I saw a dr. at Henry Ford in MI and it was more about how long did you wait vs. how can we help you get better, the doctor there was more focused on typing in notes on a computer while I sat there annoyed which led me to not even be honest with her for lack of technological expericence, all I thought of was if this were Dr. Katz I would have been cured by now! So that is what I did I returned to him and life has been great ever since. If you are looking for a doctor that really cares he is the one you need to see. His staff is amazing Alice, Jessica, Delphine, His lab techs Lola and Cecilia, Jerry and his entire team are so awesome, so helpful, if you need any lab work done its done right there on the spot, makes a big difference when a doctor caters to you as Dr Katz does. He is super thorough, super nice, wouldn't replace him for anyone else. read more

Horrible. Epically long wait for scheduled appointments, to the tune of more than 2 hours, only to be talked down to and treated like a peon once Katz decides to bestow you the honor of his presence. Even if you are THE FIRST appointment of the day, you will still wait for 2 hours. No real clarity on what your potential health issue may be outside of fibromyalgia (when I have been diagnosed with clear conditions elsewhere). Yet, I was used as a test dummy for a biologic to which I had an anaphlylactic reaction. Come to find out, the medicine, which was new at the time and for which the doctor was part of clinical trials, does not have a good track record with patients similar to myself. To add insult to injury, I was then charged for extra dosages of the medicine that I had a serious reaction to and obviously took once. It LITERALLY took 2 years (well after I left the practice) for the issue to be resolved despite incessant calls, follow ups, etc. Absolutely ridiculous and beyond unacceptable treatment of people who are seeking relief from chronic pain. You're just a number and a means to another Fijian vacation with this doctor. He should be thoroughly ashamed of himself for the way he treats his patients. read more
