    The Snyder

A Must-Visit Bagel Spot in Rhinebeck! Delicious, fresh bagels and coffee--absolutely worth the wait and the best bargain in town. My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Rhinebeck Bagels, enjoying authentic New York-style bagels that hit all the right notes. I had their Egg Works Bagel, which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures--slathered in cream cheese and topped with thinly sliced lox, onions, capers, and tomatoes. All that for just $10.50--what a deal! My husband loved The Snyder, featuring a freshly cooked egg, sausage, Swiss cheese, and mustard on a warm pretzel roll, all for only $8. If you're in town, I highly recommend stopping by this gem. It's a treat for both your taste buds and your wallet!

b.overly_delicious @rbkbagel Rhinebeck, NY: Rhinebeck bagels is all about the ingredients and awesome combinations. I super appreciate the revolving hot sauce wall so I can always try something new. I went with a grilled cheese with chicken salad, bacon, and spicy mayo and a side of tots. Tots were well done and the garlic aioli it came with was perfect for dipping everything in. The owner, Jeremy, is a pleasure and his photographery is awesome. Pipe doctor, highly recommend!

This place is definitely a local favorite, but for me it was definitely mixed emotions. We tried the egg and cheese and the pipe doctor. The pipe doctor was delicious, but the egg and cheese was such a letdown. As an egg and cheese connoisseur, this sandwich was just disappointing. There was a lack of salt and butter and the cheese was lacking. I think this is probably a place to come for the special sandwiches, rather than the classics. As a side note, they definitely have the best hours in town and are open early (7 AM!) which is a plus. They have covered and uncovered tables outside for service. They are cash only, but have an ATM on site.

Asiago bagel and lobster cream cheese

This was a cool bagel place that I stopped in while in Rhinebeck and their awards don't lie! It really is such a great bagel shop with many great sandwich options and cream cheese flavors. They have specialty cream cheeses as well and the lobster cream cheese was really good. The Asiago bagel was also great and I definitely recommend stopping here for a meal! Service was super quick and nice! The whole shop was fun to sit in as well and I liked the decor. They do only take cash and can accommodate Venmo just an fyi!

Blown away! I had low expectations. Had a plain bagel, un toasted, no butter or cream cheese. Excellent! Excellent bite resistance and chew. Flavor was right in, good malt along with a hint of salt. I then tries the multigrain bagel -- a difficult flour to work with (I bake), and these had nearly perfect crumble. Coffee was very good (flavored, sorry, just wasn't in the mood for black regular). Service -- funny, friendly. Make sure to meet Jeremy, the owner. Ambiance: 21st Century bagel store. Comfortable seating, nit cramped.

This was an absolute gem. I was visiting my daughter at Marist University and wanted to find a neat place to take her for a memorable father-daughter Sunday breakfast. We stopped by the farmer's market down the street, which was wonderful. Then this bagel shop had a great bagel sandwich with wonderful service. I just had to comment on the worker's shirt and ended up getting one for myself! Who doesn't love a shirt that advertises bacon?!

Busy place weekends and worth it!!

Super good place for breakfast on the run. The sandwiches are huge and can easily be shared between two people. Great bagel choices. Be prepared when it's your turn to order , the lady in front of me was on her phone and totally held up the line. The wait is a bit on a weekend and well worth it! So good!! Go!

Definitely worth the wait! We realized when we arrived that they took cash only so we decided to order through the app. It was about a 30+ minute wait, but we used the time to walk around and check out the area. The app was easy to use. I definitely plan to use it in the future to order in advance. I ordered the crispy chicken and added on bacon, avocado, fried egg, lettuce and tomato. Combination of breakie & lunch. Quality bagel and even better vessel for an amazing sammie.

GWB sub the sausage for bacon
    Jamie G.

Got the GWB sub the sausage for bacon. So good! The bagel was perfect. It had a nice and dense, easy to bite through and not chewy. The cream cheese ratio to the bagel to the egg to the cheese was on point it didn't make you sick to your stomach after you eat it and it was just enough to keep you full for a long time. The cream cheese wasn't gushing out like most places, but it was enough that you can taste the actual cream cheese. The staff were super sweet and very nice and accommodating. You don't feel rushed and it was just overall really great bagel spot. I will be back! I'd give five stars, but the only problem I had with this place was that they don't take credit or debit cards. Wish I knew that before i went in and had to use the ATM but the bagel was worth the $2 fee

I needed breakfast in Rhinebeck this morning and looked for some gluten free choices. Yelp showed that Rhinebeck bagels had some gluten free options so I went there to check it out. It was busy - of course we're talking bagels at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. The owner served me after serving other customers, many of which he knows by name. Love that kind of customer service!! Great vibe. I ordered a g-f everything bagel toasted with Turkey, tomato, lettuce and spicy mayo. I don't usually get spicy things but there were a lot of hot sauces on the menu and I was inspired. It was delicious! The spicy mayo had some kick. The bagel was perfect. I haven't had a bagel in sooo long and this bagel sandwich was actually worth it. Iykyk Definitely recommend Rhinebeck Bagels. Remember - cash only in store or order online. There is an ATM inside. Coffee was v. good too.

Rhinebeck Bagels is a breakfast/lunch staple that must not be missed. Their sandwiches are creative and delicious, the customer service is great, and the shop itself is fun inside, with the gigantic license plate mural, giant bacon mural, and comic noir-esque wall pictures as decor. Plus don't miss the display of hot sauces on the corner of the counter-- just don't steal them! The place is mainly cash-only, and they have an ATM inside, but you can also order ahead/pay online using their app. My favorites are the GWB (with sausage, egg, cheddar, scallion cream cheese and hot sauce) on a pretzel roll, their cheesy tots topped with bacon + scallion (order under "cheese fries" in the app), and their recent special, the "Boot-e" breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, peach cream cheese on a pretzel roll). They also have great po' boy sandwiches (with fried oysters, fried shrimp, or both) that world be consumed immediately. All. So. Good!

My family felt a bagel would make a great mid-morning breakfast/early lunch option, so we gave Hudson Bagels a try. Each of us was quite pleased with our experience! The fella that greeted us upon entering was nice and helpful in guiding our selections. The bagels were fresh and as good as any NYC bagel I have ever eaten. My family and I couldn't have been happier with our visit. The only downside was the limited amount of indoor seating available, but that's not a complaint--rather, just something to know if you're planning of stopping in for a bagel. If the weather is cold, the outdoor seating isn't likely an option. I highly recommend Hudson Bagels! If I ever make it back to Hudson, I'll visit this shop again! :-)

One thing I noticed about these bagels is that there's a lot of seasoning on them. All the bagels in the display seemed heavily seasoned--whether it was everything, garlic, onion, or whatever, they were covered in it. The bagel itself wasn't bad. I've had worse down in the city, so I was pleasantly surprised. Not as much chew as I'd like, but still tasty.
