I dropped it off and less than 2 weeks later was contacted to pick it up. My experience was very good, both dropping it off and picking up the necklace. The repair was professional and well done. She made me feel very comfortable and was patient in helping me decide what size to size down to. I was debating between 4 and 3 7/8 for a long time and she advised doing a size 4 because I will eventually wear it with a wedding band, and having 2 rings apparently makes it feel tighter. So I tried on some sample wedding bands while I was there to get a feel of it, and she was right! Something I never would have known myself. Also incredibly fast service - 2 day turnaround time. When I went to pick up my ring, Lisa also let me know that I could stop by whenever to get my ring cleaned on the house. She truly cares about her clients and is happy to lend a helping hand and I so appreciate that about her! Cost was $110 pre tax, about $121 post tax.

I have forgot I dropped stuff off here for six months and then I came back out of the blue and asked them for the payment stuff and the prices were more fair than I could've even imagine and then there money was transferred directly my bank account. Getting sicker now with my multiple cirrhosis so I'm now starting to go through like all my expensive pocketbook, handbags shoes, and I am so grateful to have this resource to take to because I feel so much closure and dropping it off even if all the money goes to charity then if it just sits in my closet and then someone like an estate seller clear out our homes just put in bulk. Practically all of the clothing is geared towards women. I saw plenty of cool stuff though. Steve saw a great leather jacket but it wasn't his size or cut. But despite all of that the inventory here is really great and some of the items are real gems. If you are into vintage clothing shops definitely swing by and take a peek.

As I walked in, there were three ladies chatting, one or more that worked there, that glared at me and didn't ask if I had any questions and continued their conversation. I don't want to presume what was going through their heads, but judging by the looks I received, I can't be for certain. They had no idea why I was in there. I could've been there to buy something for a friend, in my case, thinking that there might be some men's clothes there, etc. is disappointing that West Seattle small business seems to have forgotten traditional business practices of welcoming, whoever walks through their door. I also really enjoy the range of options here as a shopper, from casual to dressy. I've gotten a lot of nice office dresses at ZZ. Surprisingly good shoes and purses also. She said there were no openings for a couple of months, but then she said "Oh, we have an opening in a couple weeks." So I made the appointment. When I went in she informed me that I did not have an appointment. I had all my clothes in order. She begrudgingly took my items saying "Well, I dont see any stains..yet". She was so rude and condescending. I left about 5 items with her in the end. Im happy to report all of my items sold. This is a wonderful resale shop. I've bought a few items here. Sadly, I really felt like she thought I was not worthy of even being in the store. I've never been treated so shoddily and I have no idea why. As much as I think this a a lovely business I won't be back.
