They arrived 2 hours later and then it was a total of 5 hours from the time they arrived to the time they "finished" to tell me there was nothing they could do. They took advantage of me. I was stranded with my babies and they knew I was desperate to get it done. The guy that came out was really nice, but I'm just frustrated after all of the wait and stress they couldn't do anything after they reassured me they could AND charged me like 120 for absolutely nothing. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I really do feel taken advantage of and I don't want that to happen to anyone else.

I had previously used the Smith Kiosk, but High Speed Keys was a lot faster, the quality was better, and the price was about the same if not cheaper. The road to their store is a little hard to find and looks kind of sketchy, but that doesn't reflect on the company at all. The people were super friendly and great to work with!
