High Speed Keys in Provo provided excellent service. They were very friendly, worked quickly, and had very reasonable prices! They also provide a 1-year guarantee and so suggest keeping the receipt which is really nice! I had previously used the Smith Kiosk, but High Speed Keys was a lot faster, the quality was better, and the price was about the same if not cheaper. The road to their store is a little hard to find and looks kind of sketchy, but that doesn't reflect on the company at all. The people were super friendly and great to work with! This place isn't even worth 1 star. Jay is a complete disgrace to the public. I was referred to High Speed Keys from a dealership I recently purchased a vehicle from to have a spare key made. I spent over a month trying to get that key made. I lost count of how many times I called Jay to get an appointment set up without ever receiving a callback. I got Jay on the phone 5 times and every single time he said he'd call me back and guess what? He never did. Finally, I had to reach back out to my salesman at the dealership to get in contact with Jay. Only then did Jay reach out to me. He then expected me to drive clear out of my way and backtrack the direction I had just came from to meet him because "I'm doing you a favor and squeezing you in!". I refused and that resulted in him yelling profanities at me. The fact that Jay would act in such a revolting way tells me everything I need to know about this company. If you wish to be treated with respect, as any consumer would, I'd go anywhere else. Literally, any other key company has got to be better. read more

Our key broke off in the deadbolt, so we were locked out of our building, but High Speed Keys was quick to respond and get us back in, got us setup with a temporary deadbolt while we waited for our original deadbolt to come in. the new lock arrived, and we're back to our original key setup. My son lost his key and I called highspeed keys towards the end of the day his guy showed up very quickly made my son a new key and programed it right at his work I have used jay before to make keys for my sons old jeep cherokee and he really knows his stuff where I work has used him many times to makes keys for cars in our yard im always referring him to customers looking for a good lock smith there hasn't really been a car I have heard that he can't do good job guys and thanks for the excellent service read more

High Speed Keys is NOT Alpine Lock and Key, new business new owner new location as far as I can tell, same phone number. I went there at about closing time and was still able to get done what I needed. They were extremely helpful. Laser cut key worked perfectly. He gave other suggestions if the key fob I had bought online didn't work if I tried to program it myself he'd help me find the right solution. I HIGHLY recommend this place. read more
