I called AM/PM because my son lost his key to his car. They said to bring it in and they would get one made in the morning. So trying to teach my son to be responsible, I had him take his car in. He had to take it in at lunch because of school. When he got there, the lady at the counter was rude and telling him they were to busy. There was actually no other customers at that time in the shop. She told him that you have to bring it in first thing to have a key made. He was really upset. So my question is this, You are a business, When a customer comes in regardless of there age and you treat them with disrespect and make them feel like they did something wrong. Is this really how you want to run your business? I sent him to you because i had heard you were good to work with. Now after this experience. Im not so sure. This is THE best place to get keys made! Why go to Walmart, or Home Depot when you can get your keys made by an experienced locksmith?!?!?!
