"Hi, thanks for coming out to inspect our roof, we'd like to move forward with all the work you recommended. Finn-Erik scheduled all of the subcontractors, and was constantly coordinating the work, to make sure that it was performed timely. He was very good about keeping me informed of what to expect, and when. He frequently visited the site to make sure that everything was done to proper standards and with high quality.
