Huge mall with many dealers. Great variety of goods. Prices were all over the place: a few low, a few too high, most on-point. You can buy a drink at the front. That's a great idea.

I've always enjoyed coming here to check out the vast array of items for sale. I come here maybe once a year, and it's one of the few antique places I come to that does have a good turn over and new items when I find myself returning. A lot of items here seem overpriced. However, there are some items that are less $$. Today's trip the total was around $160 for what we purchased. I can try to snap a pic once home of our purchases. The only somewhat annoying thing is trying to get to see items in the cases. Everything locked up. But the people working there are pretty responsive if you can find one.

Outstanding selection that is only exceeded by the staff here. Conveniently located moments from Providence and right off the Route 95, with two floors of great options for any collector!

Good selection over two floors. Lot of stuff 'appears' a bit pricey. It was interesting to look around.

Had an absolutely fantastic first visit to Rhode Island Antique Mall. the outside appearance makes the business look small, but it's actually quite spacious on the inside. Each floor has multiple booths with various themes and types of furniture and decor. the top floor features larger furniture and art pieces. the bottom floor(I guess it would technically be the basement) is filled with smaller booths and more tchotchkes. If you decided to make a purchase ( which I'm sure you will) then checkout is on the top floor. checkout is a little disorganized during peak times so be patient and prepared for your turn. make sure all of your items have tags because each booth has a special code because each booth in the building is individually owned. Parking can be tricky during peak hours, but you can street park if needed. Cant wait to go back. I've already got my 4 eyes on 3 things I probably don't need but will buy anyways.

Jade's Gems is one of the many vendors. When we came last time, my friend purchased a bracelet made with high-quality semi-precious stones. Each stone has its own energy, for example Rose Quartz is great for emotional healing and strengthening relationships. Jade's Gems also repairs bracelets, either purchased from her store or from elsewhere. My husbands bracelet that we bought from Hawaii broke so we bought it to her to get it fixed. The repair was $5 and it was ready in 10 minutes. Stop by her booth and check out her bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and more. She is very friendly. Another vendor I checked out was Mrs Liu Handmade who sells knitted bouquets and crochet figures. All the figures are so cute and I want to buy them all. There is also Encanto Cookies who developed the idea of fusing traditional cookie flavors with Latin flavors. We had the Ube Coconut cookie for $4.00 and Red Velvet Nutella (Stuffed) for $5.00. The Ube Coconut cookie had ube with fresh coconut. The Red Velvet Nutella cookie is a chewy red velvet cookie filled with Nutella filling. Both cookies were very soft and good. I am looking forward to getting Encanto Cookies again.

We bought our bed at Leonard's - they specialize in taking antique beds and converting them to today's sizes. We got a cannonball bed - and the whole thing was customizable. We took the original posts and blanket rail and chose the finish, the headboard (ours is a rolling pin), and even the bed height. They extended the blanket rail to accommodate a queen and you cannot even see where they did it. The new headboard matches the old posts perfectly. This bed is solid, the highest quality, and the price was premium. But we loved our experience with them so much, we will be getting our bed for our summer house there. If she used that tone with me having never met me that says a lot about the president of this company. She feels entitled and hopefully has little or no contact with their customers. She was rude and unreasonable. Yes they sell nice beds, but they do not build the new beds they sell. There is nothing like putting your stamp on another companies product. They have done well because many people are willing to waste their money on high priced massed produced furniture. Their antiques may be another story.
