When I got there, I checked in (quick process and friendly front office personnel) and I waited about 5 minutes before they took me to the back room. Waited a couple of minutes and was seen by a younger doctor and an intern. They gave me a once over and explained what was going on with my thumb. They really didn't go into great detail but told me Dr Weiss would be in. When he walked in, I was really put at ease. He gave me a quick but thorough examination. He spent some time going through the diagnosis and what it meant. He then told me what my options for treatment were and made a recommendation. He was easy to talk to and answered every question without hesitation. I am glad to say that his treatment worked exactly the way he said it would. My problem is gone. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Weiss.

The doctor took me seriously with my injury, diagnosed it perfectly, and I am back on my feet, thankfully. The one thing that soured me a bit was the x-ray tech. She snapped at me several times and rushed me along. I really felt uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get out of that room. Otherwise, the folks I met were all great!

I can't say enough about this place and the people that work there. I went in with something…read morecalled "runners' knee", which basically meant that my knee was killing me, and my quads and hamstrings were incredibly weak. When I first got there, I was having trouble walking up stairs without pain. By the time I left, my legs were much stronger and the pain in my knee had subsided considerably. They also sent me out into the world with the knowledge of how to continue getting better and a repertoire of exercises to go along with that. I never once dreaded going there, and even came to look forward to it even though it was hard work. This was due to the staff and the positive environment that they have created over there. Good people who do great work. Print it.

I…read morehad therapy years ago with great success for a knee injury, however was instructed by my ortho to visit a PT nearest me. This was a big mistake and an awakening. I went to Excel for 2 visits and I was very disappointed. The initial visit was an assessment, which is fair enough. The second visit was incredibly disappointing. I did a few leg lifts and a couple of stretches and then handed over my hard earned money with a list of more appointments. After sitting with that for a day, I cancelled all of those appointments and hired a personal trainer for about half the cost of what I was paying to be instructed to do a few leg lifts and a few stretches. Luckily my injury is a minor sports injury so this option just made sense. If i truly need PT in the future, i will be looking for serious reccommendations before parting with my $$$.
