We felt comfortable with the teachers, the administrative staff and parents. Our children had a smooth transition. They were coming from the public school system and we have seen the academic progress since they started at this school. The school has an excellent arts program that provides the children with opportunity of growth and learning. The school offers classes like acting performance, music and art and our children have benefited from those classes and they feel happy and enthusiastic. The small class size makes a difference with each student and we have seen the difference coming from the public school system. She has learned so much since she has been there and I can't wait to see what else she learns! After taking a year off due to covid and my loss of job they were happy to take her back and welcomed her with open arms. At the end of the day no one could tell me how it got there and all they could say was that they didn't notice anything and that she wasn't crying. Smh i spoke to jenn poole the director and all she could tell me was the same thing the teachers said that they didn't know how it got there & shes sorry. Lack of supervision is an understanding. No one was watching my child & no one working there could tell me how it happened. My child had that bruise for over a week. Im pretty sure my 2 year old was crying but they didn't notice anything. We knew that she was struggling and had a lot of math anxiety, but we didn't know what she was missing or how to help her. Mathnasium conducted an initial assessment to help identify gaps in her understanding, and then developed a customized curriculum to fill in the gaps in her knowledge. Ryan and his team have been patient, kind, flexible and extremely competent at helping her not only understand the material but build confidence and even enjoyment around the subject matter. Our daughter has improved dramatically in her focus, stamina, comprehension and attitude toward math. We are so thankful to have found this wonderful resource in our community which took the struggles out of math homework time at our house, for good. One of the teachers. Almost all of the kids that move on to kindergarten know how to spell their first and last name. The ratio was 1 to 9. All I can say is everything that goes through this school is more than happy. They selected this school to care for their kids and nurture their kids and educate them as well.
