Most are those who bend and twist you until your back cracks, hoping they adjusted what was the problem. Some use a tool called the activator. While I am a big fan of that tool, it's hard to find someone proficient. Dr. Teske uses a method different than either of these. She feels for, and adjusts the specific vertebrate that's out of place. She uses her hands, and a table made for this kind of adjustment. I felt immediate relief after my first visit, and re-visited today as a simple follow up. She has not recommended ongoing maintenance like so many typically do. I found this chiropractor through the recommendation of the massage therapist I go to regularly. If you have back or neck discomfort, this Doctor is worth the visit.

Despite having already confirmed my appointment, I received repeated reminder phone calls, which felt excessive and intrusive. While I understand the need for appointment reminders, the frequency and tone of these calls were unnecessary and caused added stress. When I attempted to address the issue and asked to speak with the physician regarding the office manager's behavior, my request was refused. I was told that she was the manager and was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful way. Due to the way I was treated by the office staff manager, I ultimately decided to transfer my care elsewhere. Patients should be able to expect respectful communication, professionalism, and reasonable boundaries from a medical office.
