On November the 10th my wife tried to turn on our central heater and horrible burning smell came on. So I call Adco to come and check my unit. They came they replace 2 connectors that 205 dollars because they charge 98 dollars and hour and they wanted to replace the termostat in the wall that will be another 150. I told them not I will replace it my self. I went to home depot got the termostat and put it on. Before I turned on the the unit remember it was supposed to OK . I decide to check their work.. What to surprise the breaker was off still. I saw the new connectors but I also saw the burned wires going to the fan. They were just assuming all the possible trouble shootings hopping for me to pay. I call the supervisor Steve and he his guys wouldn't do that. Well they took my money laughing all the way to the bank. Finally I call C&C and they spliced the burned wires for only 65 dollars. Run away from this people specially if you do know nothing about this kind of units

I have been an Adco service customer for several years. Their techs are always prompt, courteous,…read moreand deliver good service. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I needed an early morning appointment time, and was able to set one up so I could meet the tech and then go to an appointment. There was some miscommunication about best number to make the "pre-call" to in order to verify the appointment so I did not get the call on my cell phone and the tech-reasonably-went on to the next call and was not available when I called about the appointment so I called the main office. I spoke with Heather, who was very understanding, courteous, and focused on helping me try and get the tech to my residence so I could head to my business meeting. She coordinate with the tech (JR) and they were able to set an appointment time and arrive so I could proceed with my commitments. I know this might not have been the most efficient path for JR to take for his day, but he and Heather coordinated it in a very workable manner. JR also did a very thorough and excellent job on the annual service and gave some extra "tips" on maintaining an older heat pump system and what an "ideal" new set up would be. This is the type of service that keeps customers loyal and happy! Thanks to JR and Heather-they are both great ambassadors for Adco HVAC!

DO NOT call these guys to fix a clogged drain. I had them come out for a clog in my main drain…read morecoming out of my house. I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again. Just call Ponchos.
