Alex explained my options for a solution and gave me a quote on the solution I requested. William completed unclogging my drain and, at my request, utilized his camera equipment to inspect my sewer line. He was thorough and patient and spent extra time explaining what the camera showed and made recommendations for addressing any future issues. I did a…read morelast minute inspection of the apartment before they arrived to find a dried layer of brown looking stuff in the bottom of the kitchen sinks and realized the septic tank had likely caused this. I soon learned finding someone who will come to your home on a Friday afternoon or weekend is next to impossible! I called at least 10 local companies. 2-3 said they'd come on the next morning but only Ron showed up! He & his guys were quick locating and digging up the tank. DO NOT call these guys to fix a clogged drain. I had them come out for a clog in my main drain…read morecoming out of my house. I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again. Just call Ponchos.

Called their office and asked if they charge for estimates,…read morethe lady at office said when plumbers show up they would tell me if their was an estimate fee. I explained I dont want anyone to come out if there is an estimate fee. Later that day got a call from the plumbers saying they were in the area and they were coming by if I was home. So I said sure. They showed uo, didnt mention anything about a esrimate fee and started looking at my new build issues from the previous plumber who didnt finish. They threw out a verbal $14,000, could be more and I said I will contact them if I decide to hire them because had 3 more companies looking at issue. They left and I hired someone else that was about $6000 cheaper. Few weeks later I received a bill for $225 for estimate. I called them and explained No one ever mentioned they charged a fee for estimate, even when I specifically asked the question to the office worker on initial call and told them not to come out if they charged a fee. They said it didnt matter, I am to pay for their time spent providing me an estimate. Very unprofessional service and not trustworthy!
