If you're looking for something fun in West Palm Beach, something different and exhilarating, I…read morebelieve Aerial Trapeze is the perfect outing. I can be a bit of a drive (out West in Loxahatchee) but it's worth it. It's hard to describe in words how much fun this truly is, particularly with these unique instructors that make you feel at-home, no matter your age, shape/size, athletic ability, or fear of heights. I've seen old-and-young, fit and not-so-fit, and just about everyone we've watched has had a great time. If it's your first time, you don't need to have any experience of special ability, not that I'm aware. We've watched 8 year old children pick it up quickly. Here's a quick preview of what to expect: For the first 20 minutes or so, they'll give you a tutorial and work with everyone in a group. Typically there will be roughly 10 people involved. Next they'll have people line-up to head up the ladder and try the trapeze. They have safety harnesses and there does not appear to be any serious risk. Yet your brain will tell you that you're not in a harness, while your heart beats in exhilaration. In fact, every time I've visited trapeze, I've completely forgot that I'm harnessed and adrenaline is in high-gear. After three attempts to get the basics down, they'll allow you to try a catch. This is where you let go of one bar and you are caught by an instructor swinging on another bar. After each session, you'll fall to the net, doing a flip that will come natural. Here again, they counterweight the harness so that you aren't risking your life. Once you finish, you'll watch the others in your group. About ten minutes later it will be time for you to go again. By the time it's over you'll feel exhilarated. And if you've never done it before .. The next day your muscles will let you know that you've moved parts of your body in a way they've never moved before! The price is about $50 per person and the experience lasts about two-plus hours total. One final tip: Before you arrive, take a look at their website to get a list of tips/FAQ's. There are certain types of clothing, etc -- that make a better experience for everyone.

Lots of colors to choose from on the tables and more to choose from on their paint wall. Everything's provided with your purchase of an art piece. I loved being able to share this experience with my son on his birthday, thank you!

We brought the paints to the room for our group and shared them. But we were told that we needed to put the bottles back as other people may need to use them. We kindly did, but they had several bottles of paint for others. I think in the future, larger parties should be able to keep the bottles at the table for refill purposes. But other than that, it was a fun experience. Within a few days, our pieces were fired and ready. Fun little family spot.

Their website allows you to book and pay individually but mark yourself as part of a group so you all sit together at the same table. Each table can seat six people. I've done quite a few paint and sip classes at various locations over the years but this was the most efficient from the booking through the class experience. They have a bar that sells hot food and alcoholic and NA beverages, including coffees. You can also order right to your seat once the class starts using the QR code on your easel. I had the chimichurri steak skewers and a glass of wine for $29. The steak was good. There's a mini stage for the instructor, including a headset mic. My class was 90 minutes, so the painting wasn't overly intricate. Honestly, the hardest part is mixing the paint colors to get the color you want. The instructor and staff were all friendly and helpful and we had a great time. I will go back, for sure!

I had such a memorable experience at Muse Paintbar in Palm Beach Gardens doing their "Paint Your…read morePet" event. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed. The staff was incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire night, which made the experience even more enjoyable. When we arrived, our canvases were already outlined with our pets, which made it feel so personal and special right away. This was a really meaningful night out for me and my friend. They provided smocks so our clothes stayed clean, and there was both an instructor and additional staff members walking around constantly assisting everyone. Even though the event lasts about three hours, the time went by quickly because everyone is focused and engaged. The instructors guide you step by step, and they even dim the lights at certain points so you can use the small light on your canvas to better see reflections and details while painting. That part was really unique and helpful. One small suggestion I would make is that instead of having to constantly use our phones as a reference photo, it would be helpful to have a printed picture of our pet at the table for easier viewing. It felt a bit repetitive unlocking my phone throughout the process. As for food we tried the sampler platter ($18.50) which included mozzarella sticks, pretzel bites, and boneless wings. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing and not enjoyable for us--the pretzels were hard and tasted burnt, and overall the quality wasn't great for the price. However, I really enjoyed my cocktail, the yuzu pineapple spritz, which was refreshing and well made. Despite the food experience, I would absolutely return for another painting event. The actual paint experience was creative, meaningful, and so well guided by the staff. It truly made for a special night out. I would just recommend coming for the art and maybe skipping the food. The reason I give it 5 stars is the experience!
