He said it would take 2 days to complete. His guys are pros and they finished in 2 days. The cost was lower than most of the estimates from the other companies. Our yard looks beautiful. This is the company you will be happy with!

Visions was hired to replace some existing turf in the back yard, add new turf in the courtyard,…read moreand install new turf at the front yard that was remodeled. I did not have the best experience with this company. For the replacement turf in the backyard, they charged for gravel, sand, etc. but simply picked up the old turf and laid down the new turf with essentially no prep work so those costs were not necessary in their bid. It was very minimal work in the backyard and it was very expensive. They did not install any sand on the new turf so the turf doesn't stand up, and the seams between the old and new turf are not very nice. I called Queenan who was the sales rep and told him that I was not happy with the work, especially in the backyard. He wanted to come when no one is home, and then I gave him a couple of dates out about a week and half that would work and I never heard from again. I personally CANNOT recommend this company. This company is VERY, VERY expensive and the work is NOT high quality. I would pass on this company had I known how little the owner cares about the final work product.. I have lowered my rating because the owner is saying that he told me to reach out to him with more dates, but that is NOT what happened. He told me he would let me know if he can make the dates I gave him and he never contacted me again. His reply is not truthful. The bacvkyard looks very poor because he did not put any sand on the turf after they laid it so the grass doesn't stand up. Even now that I have written a review, he has not called to try and fix the backyard.

There were complications on their end with sourcing the refrigerant and originally was going to be until tomorrow to finalize the job. We explained that this was going to cost us revenue due to reimbursing guests. She took that to heart, personally went to their storage facility to procure the materials, and then coordinated the work this evening. And to top it off, she called just now at 8:30pm to close the loop and insure we knew it was fixed and tested. KATIE IS A SUNLOGIX ROCKSTAR... please give her and the team a big raise. They deserve it. Additionally, we had our solar system with batteries recently installed. They were priced competitively and sized the system well for our needs. Job was done great and ac working fantastic. Final bill was $477 because the $95 service call was not waived. Basically I had a discussion with the technician explaining that since I had him complete the repair that I assumed (my mistake) that it would be waived but he says, "company policy". I then retracted to not send me a sales person to quote me for a brand new furnace. I only write this review to learn from me NOT to assume anything that different company may have different policy regarding service fees/call. Company loss a potential client (new furnace) for a $95.
