I hear her constantly talking about other staff members. Also, on the topic of the staff, I've heard this staff and other staff have innapropriate conversations with each other. The Hydro lounge has an odd smell and I believe it's from the people that keep sleeping in there. There's never people at the counter. Multiple times I've wanted to tan and I had to wait forever just for me to finally get there and the bottom is dirty and the wall is like missing a screw. Overall, very bad experience.

I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

I was greeted by one of the workers/trainers who explained the day pass to us. After getting in, we had a solid workout for about 90 minutes. I can't emphasize enough how clean and well taken care of the overall gym was. The machine pulleys were all smooth with no friction and they had enough racks for everyone to use. Not completely related but almost everyone was really in shape which was definitely some added motivation. I would recommend to anyone coming to Vegas for a trip and I will be back here the next time I come as well!

Everything feels well thought out and maintained. You'll occasionally see trainers or influencers filming content, but it never feels awkward or disruptive. When I asked what can the bank provide me so if shows this wasn't fault on my own, he also didn't not care and did state he didn't care if I left LVAC since I haven't been a member long enough. This is how LVAC treats its members.

On my first day, I trained in their class (which kicked my flabby ass), and then sat with the trainer (who is also a nutritionist) to discuss healthy eating. The classes are awesome. There are various instructors, so it's easy to find the one(s) with whom you click, and they are SUPER supportive and motivating. The meal plans from the nutritionist are so easy to follow and they MAKE SENSE. At the end of the six weeks I was down 24 pounds. I kept up with their trainers, and...as of today (Dec 17, 2017) I am down a total of 32 pounds. A lot of people say that these "challenges" are scams, etc...but I am living proof that this is NOT TRUE. If you have any inkling that you want to take control of your health, these are the folks you want to meet. You won't be sorry...I promise!!
