I paid for lessons for my 3 daughters for over 3 years. They spent more time waiting in line then they ever did with a coach. They treat children like cattle, stuffing as many as possible into each class. One of the coaches on staff is affectionately referred to as Coach Evil. When I inquired about the bullying issues from the "team girls" I was immediately blown off. After leaving AGC I found 3 other gyms with higher ratings on yelp. Beautiful state of the art facilities, and smaller class sizes. All of them are considerably less expensive and organized. AGC recently moved across the parking lot into a larger space, they added ZERO new equipment. No additional seating for parents, it is always hot in the gym and waiting area. Just more floor space for kids to stand in line. read more

There was only two classes that month and one of the two classes had a teacher teaching silks that was breast-feeding during class not focusing on the kids. There was never a copy of a contract provided physically or electronically. They act like they do you a favor by waving a late Fee When we've called to make the payment, but whoever works at the front, cannot process the payment or provide a copy of the contract. And just to be clear, Miss Holly, we were waiting for her to come of age to go to the Circus Center We stayed there to keep my daughter Training not because of your guys exceptional service. I would give zero stars if it was even an option. AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I SAID THAT WAS "HOSTILE" Hi, Thank you for your voicemail. I'm writing to follow up and provide clarification regarding enrollment and the December billing. To clarify, a refund for December was not originally approved. Your request to drop your child was verbally communicated to our front desk on 12/20/2025. Per our cancellation policy, a 30-day notice is required regardless of class attendance. In this case, we made an exception by waiving the 30-day notice requirement and allowing your child's enrollment to conclude at the end of December. Although this was already an accommodation beyond our standard policy, we have decided to make a one-time exception and process the requested refund (refunds are processed within 2-7 business days). We would also like to address a prior concern. We are aware that Chris has previously left very hostile reviews on both Facebook and Google, which included personal insults directed toward our staff. Despite this, Your child continued attending classes afterward, which suggests that your family was generally satisfied with the services provided. We have also been happy to continue accommodating your family's requests throughout your kids enrollment. Throughout your kids time at AGC, we made every effort to support her experience, including allowing additional makeup classes beyond our standard policy of one per month (these do not include absences due to closures or class cancellation, for which we also offer makeups), as well as waiving our $15 late fee for past-due tuition. We asked to speak to the manager and she was out of town at a wedding. We also asked to speak to the owner and she was out of town teaching some other class. Trash service. My 2 year old and I did the mommy and me classes for about a year and loved it. It taught him a lot of skills that I needed him to learn since he's a little boy with lots of energy. Katya is so patient and kind - the perfect teacher for this age group. They recently just remodeled to create more floor space and it looks great. I was very disappointed going for my daughters first class I scheduled the free class via text and nobody called to confirm which I was kind of expecting. We arrived and right away the building was so HOT. I asked if the A/C was broken and the ladies up front said " no it works but in order for us to have the A/C on we have to keep all the doors shut" mind you it's summer time in Vegas if it was broken I would understand but the way she said it made it sound like they just intentionally leave it off which is crazy! They did have fans going but good luck even feeling the air and if you did it was hot air anyways. There was no tour given of the facility, no guidance except for " there are cubbies for shoes and the parent waiting room" I had to assume when it was my daughters time to join her class because nobody told us anything. The waiting area for parents was so crowded and so HOT I couldn't even wait in there I had to step out because of how hot it was let alone no space It was a disappointing experience and will not be signing my daughter at this location. read more

I debated on posting my most recent experience at AGC as 1 or both of my children have attended here for the last 4 years; unfortunately no longer. After winter break there were new signs posted in the bathroom that this is a "team" area and no parents are allowed. There is an oversize armchair in this area that in past nursing mothers would use, or I would use to finish my work, take calls, and still be able to watch my 5 YO on the floor. I genuinely missed the signs posted & in the middle of my work call the comp team ages 12-14 YO girls did some pretty terrible things. Hacking on me, pretending like they were going to throw up on me, all because I was in "their" space. Below is the letter that I wrote to AGC on 1/9 with details that still hasn't received a response or apology other than when I called to follow up & confirm our membership was cancelled. I share this not to bad mouth the gym; rather to make parents aware they have a bullying problem & that the coaches & staff nurture & defend. I can't send my child back here; if their comp team of elite athletes would treat a grown woman that way, they would do it to a young child. Letter below: "Dear AGC Team, I am regretful in writing to let you know that after my experience with your students & staff yesterday evening that I have no other choice than to cancel our space at AGC and move to another local gym. I have thought about yesterday non stop and this wasn't an easy decision. We have been attending your gym with one or both of our girls for the last four years; and XX LOVES coach Julia and her class. I understand & respect other people's space and boundaries; & I am genuinely sorry that I did not see the "team member/no parents allowed sign" above the chair in the bathroom. It was not an intentional miss, just not something I was looking for. There are many signs posted all around the gym and every week it is something new; it makes it hard to stay between the goal posts when they are constantly moving. Again, my miss, but in the past most days I would spend my time sitting outside in my car, or in the bathroom in that chair if there isn't a nursing mother or someone occupying/needing it so I might finish my work day or take a call. I think I have also loitered in your janitor closet before the front entrance was re-located to do the same. I am a full time working mom, trying to promote some extra curricular activities with my girls and unfortunately sometimes that means I finish my workday while at gym. The behavior of your "Optional" girls team was mean and spiteful, & it was right when I was in the middle of a work call. There was a girl who came and sat on my arm and when I said "excuse me I'm sorry" she gave a very smirk and hurtful "Welllllll I don't think YOU'RE supposed to be here; cuz you know there's no parent's allowed back here!!!" I want to be clear. It is a BATHROOM & I didn't know; but she didn't ask. She proceeded to recruit about 8 other girls from her team to come in & hack, and cough on me while I was on a phone call sitting in "their" chair, in "their" area. They coughed all over me and then were spitefully loud and disrespectful to run me out of "their" space that they needed so badly. Holley came back & also made me aware after someone told her & I told her what I told the girls; that I would leave when I was done with my call, & she told me that I could stay until I was done for today but moving forward it's a team space. When I did leave the girls CHEERED and SHOUTED "WOOO HOOO MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!" It was an act of bullying; & it was encouraged and promoted by your students and coaches. My husband was born and raised in South Africa where you couldn't go into certain bathrooms depending on the color of your skin; & I don't think that you should teach a group of young girls that you can treat other people without basic dignity and respect because someone unintentionally crossed an invisible line on the way to the bathroom and they are now in "their" space; instead maybe someone should teach them empathy and compassion and to ask questions about if that person is okay or needs help? If they did that to me, a grown woman; then they would do it to another child, and I will not let my kids attend a gym where that type of behavior is encouraged and nurtured. What made me the most upset was that Coach Elena & Coach Ross defended the behavior without asking the most basic of questions from me. No one asked me, the adult, what happened & what my experience was?! Instead they rushed in to tell me how wrong, & disrespectful I was being of their team space. I will say that I was an athlete all thru my youth & collegiate days; & when you train athletes you also have to train basic respect & human kindness to others. If I had ever acted like the way your girls team did & my coach was witness or made aware of it; I would have been benched for a month. Since the owner/manager never got back to me regarding my issues with my daughter's birthday party this past November, I will share the letter as a caution for anyone who wants to plan a birthday party at this place. I am truly disappointed in the overall experience and honestly, I would not recommend anyone having their birthday party at this facility. Please see below for my concerns: * No Follow up with Pre-Planning my daughter's party - no set up/break down discussion; activities planned etc...... * The place was dirty (I brought disinfected wipes) because I was at another party and noticed the place was dirty; I had asked if the tables could be wiped down, but nothing was cleaned. * Construction was going on during the party - how safe is this for little ones running around the gym? * The service - the two girls that you hired for my party was offensive. One of the girls had an awful attitude and was pretty much rushing me out of there when I still had a half hour left of the party. She was extremely rude to my guests, and I didn't appreciate her attitude at all. Honestly, the girl should be fired. She has long brown hair; Hispanic. She basically sat there watching the kids running around and rolling her eyes. They didn't offer to help me set up or break down. Honestly, they were extremely useless; I would have hired outside people to host the party instead of what was given to us. There were no ninja activities or any organization. I am thankful I brought my own stuff to entertain the kids. They couldn't even set up music for my event. * One of the coaches asked if we could leave the food for the kids at the gym. I thought that was inconsiderate as I was saying goodbye to MY GUESTS and asking them to take food with them. I could go on and on about this place, but I would never recommend anyone to host their party here. If you don't take pride in birthday parties, please do not offer them to the public. I don't expect anything in return, but I thought you should know. Las Vegas is very small, and people talk; if you do not fix this gym, I see major problems in the future. read more

We have been with AGC for about three years now, and we love it! Our kids have participated in a variety of classes including ninja, trampoline, and gymnastics. The instructors and coaches have always been warm, knowledgeable, fun, and professional. Our daughter has shown great growth in gymnastics and enjoys going to each class/practice. We also love the family feel at the gym. It is clear that the owner (Coach Tanya) and each coach care about every athlete. Any questions we have had have been quickly and expertly resolved. I went to this place 6-9 hours a day, most days of the week, for over 3 years. This gym used to be a paradise for circus artists. However, management changed here recently, and the gym environment changed with that. The equipment isn't as good for adult performers as it used to be. I mean, that's fine if they want to capitalize on kids... but even that much, they don't do well. For example, they cram too many kids in one class. The kids can't get quality focus this way. Furthermore, they often don't keep the classes orderly. Kids run around and get in the way of other people. This isn't only a distraction, it's also a danger. In addition to the gym's changed layout and disorderly classes, they treat the clients, customers, and coaches poorly. They require a 30-day notice to cancel a recurring membership, otherwise you'll still get charged for the next month. They also have technicalities that result in hidden/sneaky fees. For example, a parent might think she owes no gym fee for a private lesson, but then be caught off-guard by one. When a particular parent experienced this very thing, a coach/friend of mine essentially just gave her kids some free private lessons because she felt so bad. I don't think the managers have the passion to make this gym good. I also think they lack empathy for their clients. I think they're primarily power driven. I know those traits aren't mutually exclusive. However, in this case, I do think the latter severely dominates. *NOTE TO READERS: Most good reviews for this place are before the management changed. read more

L'Oracle Las Vegas is an awesome gym with lots of fun and challenging stuff for beginners and pros. I used to just do 24 Hour Fitness for my workouts, but this has opened my eyes to whole new level of fitness. So far, I've taken the adult Aerial Class and the Hand Balancing & Handstand class. I'm a beginner to this type of training, but the instructors are very welcoming and helpful no matter what level you're at, and willingly assist you with exactly what you need. I'm going to take the Parkour Class next. I highly recommend this gym if you want to get a different kind of workout and build real functional strength and flexibility. I'm addicted! I'm actually thinking of moving to Las Vegas just so I can make this part of my fitness routine every week. :) P.S. They have open gym every day and you get to see a lot of the Cirque du Soleil performers practicing their art. Amazing stuff! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! I took my 5 year old son to the boys only class for his first day ever going to gymnastics. The coach "Jeff" was so rough and aggressive with my son I was on edge the entire time! I should have pulled him out of the class with the first sign but the group was so far away and let me say this place was like a puppy mill i was taken back with everything going on. My son was one of four boys and Jeff was extremely rough and hard on my son. He rushed through different stations and pushed my son to do the moves as if he knew what he was doing. I felt sick to my stomach when class was over and I asked my son if he got hurt and he said yes! He said he threw him down on the mat and threw him in the block pit like a rag doll! He also said he smashed his knee trying to make him stretch the way he wanted him to. My son was tough and didn't complain during the class because he was so excited to go to his first class and he was determined to finish it. But he confirmed everything I saw from a distance. I walked my son back into the school and confronted Jeff about being inappropriately rough with my son knowing it's his first class and how he hurt him and he smiled in my face and said "aw we were just having fun" wtf??? So I made a complaint to the receptionist and all she said was "awwww would you like to try a different coach?" I told her it was wrong the way he handled my son especially being his first time in his class. It was completely unsafe! I said no way I'm never coming back here again! My son is very kind and intelligent and has amazing athletic ability and this was completely fucked up! My son is biracial and all the other students were Asian or Hispanic. I'm truly appalled about what happened today. My son knee is hurting tonight if it continues and I need to take him to the dr I'm going to raise hell with these people!!! read more

First...I want to say that almost every good review here is from before the new owners took L'Oracle over and changed it to AGC Las Vegas. We had high hopes that the new owners of this previously great gym would make some innovative changes that would help turn this place into a world class Acrobatics/Gymnastics/Circus gym. Unfortunately, that is not what has happened. First...I don't feel like the gym is as clean as it should be, but that's easy enough to fix. The biggest problem in my eyes, is the attitude of the management. When we went, I felt like we were being almost "looked down upon" for taking advantage of the gym's open house-free class for kids. As far as I'm concerned, if you don't want people to come try out a free class at your gym to see if the parents feel like it's a good fit, price is within their budget, the safety is up to par, the coaches mesh with their kids, and the child seems excited and interested enough to attend and engage in classes...then don't give a free class! I felt that I was "expected" to sign up with no questions asked. Once I started asking questions, I felt talked down to by the woman whom I later found out was the owner/manager. I went in thinking... "maybe if my child likes this class enough we'll invest in month or two" and I left knowing I'd never pay to send my child to this gym. High point was the instructor/coach of the class my Son tried. He was so personable with the kids. He really made it fun for my Son. At this point he is no longer working at this gym. The fact that he, and several of the other really good instructors have all left this gym is a huge red flag. read more

My son is 6 and takes the Acro Tumble class. It is a fun, unique tumbling class that incorporates core strengthening and balance. So far his experience has been pretty fantastic. He loves his instructors and boasts about the positive feedback he receives from them. This is the first class that he has committed to on a regular basis and with no assist from me. I'm happy that he gets a real workout and at the end of every class has a big smile on his face. There is a good energy about L'Oracle and the staff is professional and kind.
