We never have trouble making an appointment for a time that fits our needs. Additionally - I feel their Covid policies are excellent. There is an air purifier in the waiting room, temp checks upon entering (which IMO only give piece of mind but no actual confidence of lack of virus) and diligently wash pens. I have noticed on occasion that windows were open to increase the air flow, and the office is warm and toasty every time. I am usually terrible at keeping appointments - but with Aspire it is easy. We are always in and out, today I barely sat down before they called us in. In the event of snow cancellation I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to reschedule to accommodate. The only thing keeping it from a five star is the one time I went in and they told me my referral had expired (it hadn't for that visit but the first girl made it sound like it had) and they also wanted me to tell them what insurance is primary - which has always been an issue and when I call both companies I have gotten different answers. Some billing departments figure it out on their own. One insurance company told me to have our pediatrician bill both as primary and see which one works. I now know it's a DOB thing, but at the time someone asks me I'm always thinking your guess is as good as mine.

I have filed a report with the Rhode Island Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division because I believe the marketing surrounding these services is misleading. I hope others read this and avoid wasting their time and money as I did. As an aside, the doctor also provided three sessions of Emsculpt, which were equally ineffective--I get a better workout doing regular crunches.

I informed her that our coupons had now expired but she said it was perfectly fine. As we were booking the appointments, she suddenly said "oh, I''m sorry, we can't take your expired Groupon". Someone there was telling her that they wouldn't honor it. I have had Groupons expire before and I am fine with whatever the business says, but in this particular case, it's the business that canceled our appointments and our Groupons were not expired on that original date. I guess it's a sign, but I also think this is poor business practice, and for her to go from a very cheery "yes we can take your expired Groupon" to, "oh sorry, we can't honor it" in a matter of seconds speaks volumes of their complete lack of professionalism. Oh, did I mention that the Groupon expired on March 24, 2026 and I tried to reschedule with it on March 26, 2026. Two whole days!!! Of course we have to respect the decision of the business, but really!!! You are on Groupon because you are trying to increase business, or at least that's how I believe it works, and this is how you conduct business with potential future clientele. Oh well! Parking is horrible down in the area where they are located anyway.

She's now located inside Primary Walk-In center on Warren Ave in East Providence. Very convenient from 195 and plenty of parking. The front desk staff is equally cool and welcoming, and even a comfy waiting area with TV and a view out to the street. Scenic enough ;) Ultimately the results have been better than I ever hoped for. I will have at least a few more sessions on my face with her, but by now it's mostly finishing up a process I thought would take years. Waited to complete at least 6 sessions before I wrote this review…read more Their "lifetime guarantee" and "throw away the razor" marketing is a bait and switch, and not real at all. The fine print in their contract voids the marketing ploys, so don't buy packages based on that type of thinking, like I did. Their "co-pays" for any sessions after your 8 sessions that are included in every package have just increased by 800%--absolute highway robbery. The copay for my face treatment was $35, and I was just told on the phone that it is now $269. I spent close to $10k on packages from them, because I was so tired of having to shave all the time, and I have hair EVERYWHERE. I was told when I bought all the packages for multiple areas that my appointments would be booked together--another lie. Trying to get appointments for all my areas together was impossible, so I had to keep breaking them up and even going to their Cranston location sometimes because there just wasn't enough availability. Then there were the actual providers doing the treatments. Some providers were awesome, and listened to me when I told them they didn't get a particular area, and needed to go over it again. Others would argue with me, and the worst ones would burn me and leave marks on my body. When I told them during my next session, I kept getting gaslit and told that I may have had something on my skin that caused the burns. No. Absolutely not. They were half crescent-shaped burns that happened because they didn't put the laser head down properly and fully on my skin before they zapped me. Or the cooling head wasn't adjusted properly for some sessions. Overall, my experience with the laser treatments has been good, not great. I still have hair growth in a lot of areas, even after 6 treatments. I have caramel colored skin that lightens a bit in the winter, and dark brown/black hair. I have a lot of hair on my body, and laser has lessened the growth, but it does not go away entirely like they advertise that it will. Their business practices left me feeling like I was robbed, and I will not be going back for touch-ups after my sessions are done. Especially not with these "new prices" they just released. Also, if you have tattoos, you cannot get those areas lasered. It would have been great if someone had told me that before I spent $10k, but of course, they didn't until my first appointment. Thankfully, I don't have many large tattoos covering the areas I needed lasered, but it was yet another thing about their business practices that annoyed me and left me feeling like they're not honest.
