Purchased a battery in September at RI Ecig & Vape in Coventry, RI and packed away to take to florida. Got to florida in november, opened the box and the box contained the charging cable but no vape battery. Called the store right away to let them know my findings and that I wouldn't be back to RI until December. Store employee took my information and passed it along to the manager. Went into the store with the box and charging cable today (December 15) expecting to get a replacement. To my surprise the manager was rude, extremely disrespectful, and used language that would turn your hair gray. His mother must be so proud. I was treated as a liar and a thief. As an elderly woman, I was appalled at his behavior. I was self employed in a service industry for 45 years and the "customer is always right"! Good luck with the $20 you stole from me. The staff here is super friendly and helpful! They literally have something for everyone! They also have amazing prices! They are very knowledgeable regarding e-cig/vaping! They know everything you need to know about this department. They carry CBD products. They have a giant selection of larger vape's, mod's and tanks! They also have accessories for everything of this nature. I love that they carry accessories for the Juul - even including skins... They have so many different products- you have to see it to believe it! Their oil selection is probably one of the largest I've seen in the state- if they don't carry a flavor you're looking for I'd be extremely surprised! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to make the change from cigarette smoking to e-cig/vaping. However I bought cotton candy pods today for my Juul & one of the employees said customers have been liking it- but I didn't think it was very good and I'd discourage anyone from buying it- it's not very good... ! SHOULD BE CALLED SCAM SHOP NOT VAPE SHOP was a loyal returning customer and have bought many capes through them on the first occasion I bout a vape to my understanding that was brand new but I later ended up notice it was used and resold as new which I noticed when the vape started glitching out and it had little signs of wear and tear on a supposedly "new" 110 dollar mod. Second occasion I went to return a vape I bought less than two weeks ago because the power button stopped working and I could not find my receipt or box so because of not having the box because no receipt is fine they wouldn't take it back or exchange it even though it is brand new, wouldn't recommend wonderland smoke shop is where it's at. read more

Not a better store around. I used to work a couple miles away so it was convenient to go here for whatever the wife or I needed. Now that I took a different job this place is almost a half hour ride but we still do it. We have several stores closer to home but this place has never been out of anything or ever told us to come back next week because something wasn't ordered. They are knowledgeable and never make you feel like a second class customer because you didn't sink three bills into a mech mod. The prices are great, they have a great selection of juices both store and brand name and have never ever been out of standard coils or juice. Of course they want to sell you products but they realize fitting you to what you need and having a repeat customer is better than a one time score on big dollar sale that leaves you with regret. Definitely join their E-Club or mailing list or whatever they call it there, there are specials every week. Even buy two-get-one for 100 ml juice! If you're new to vaping or you are a pro or anywhere in between this store is worth the trip. read more

A couple weeks ago, I was in need of a new rig. Had a Kayfun 4 clone and an iStick, decided it was time for an upgrade. I went down to RI Ecig and Vape, looked around for a bit, and ended up settling on a Smok Xpro M65 and a Joyetech Delta II. The lady behind the counter was very helpful, and let me play with whatever I liked. Fast forward to now, and I've been dealing with the "Power Reduced" issue on the Smok for a while. Incredibly frustrating. Thing is at 99% charge, and it won't fire at 30W. I went back down to the store, explained the issue (same lady behind the counter, I didn't get her name), and she was super nice and apologetic. I wound up walking out with an iStick 50w, a bottle of their house Strawberry Vanilla Custard (which is actually really good), and ten bucks in my pocket. Horrible quality control. I spend about $100 a month there and their house menthol either has so much menthol it waters your eyes or zero menthol in it at all. When I brought it to their attention they told me to come back if it ever happened again and they would replace the product. I live 45 minutes away and had never asked them to do that before, but I finally went all the way back up and they refused to fix the juice, even after trying it and confirming it had no menthol in it. I told the check-out guy that the owner told me to come back, so he called them and they said they would mail me the $75 bottles back to me fixed. I'm done wasting my money here. I'll order online from another company that sells the same juice in every bottle, instead of HOPING you get the same as last time. read more

My Vape Store!! Yelp says 14.3 miles away, it is definitely worth the ride. A Vape store is less than a mile from my house, and I can't count how many I drive by to get there, but they are worth the trip! I tried vaping to quit my 2 pack a day 20+ year smoking habit. I tried the General Store e-cigs, so I could "smoke" at a Red Sox game. I bought my husband his Vape first, he still smoked here and there. He begged me to try it. After my first real Vaporizer, I have never taken another drag of a cigarette. After a few days my smell came back, and I had to detail my car and wash everything in my closets, dressers, walls, curtains etc. Then my taste buds came back! I started to Vape "Newport" and after trying flavors for a few days, I couldn't stand the smell of the "Newport." My Vape Store is THE BEST EVER!! They are not only priced lower than most shops, they know everything I have questions about. They know their product! Their juice is awesome. We currently Vape Swedish Fish, Cotton Candy, Gummy Bear, Peanut Butter, Captain Berry Crunch. They also carry other brands. They don't try to sell everything to a newbie, and they take the time to teach you ask you want to move up to bigger and better Vape clouds. Excellent juice bar where you can sit and try every flavor. The buy 2 100ml get 1 free is always my order, plus a few accessories - Some people like to match everything. If anything ever goes wrong with my Mods or tanks they check them out for me and 99.9% of the time give it a quick fix, instead of trying to sell me something I don't need. Looks to be on the upswing. They have some young guys working now who are into vaping, and will talk shop, without pressuring you to buy. They are more fun to deal with than the male owner, who I find a little awkward to communicate with. The days of vape bros hanging out are gone- I think the store redesign helps keep traffic moving, and I see more people in there when I drive by lately. Sales practices have improved. They will sell coils individually now. I believe they also have coil building classes, or at least tried it out. The hardware selection is interesting and expansive. As for their house juice? Meh. They will do well as long as they (1) find and keep enthusiastic employees, (2) keep the prices under control, and (3) keep the selection a cut above the competition. read more

Yesterday I bought a Defiant top fill atomizer tank. 30 bucks. After 1 hour I went back to explain that the tank was not working right with my mini volt vape pen. I was getting no cloud, burnt and harsh flavor, and using twice the battery life than with the factory mini volt tank. They told me the ohms matched up with my VW vape pen, and everything matched up fine, and that I just needed to charge my vape pen longer (the battery was at 25%)I let it charge fully and used it for the day in hopes that it would finally work to its potential. I have had barely 24 hrs and after having the same issues today (1 day later) I went to return it for a refund and I was denied. "It must be defected in order to return with refund"' is what they told me at counter. I guess when I said, "it's not working right" doesn't qualify as it being a defect. It hasn't even been 24hrs and I can't even get a return?!! I left quickly without and argument but That was the first and last time I shop in that store. Awful customer service...I ended up buying a new vape pen from a more reputable ecig store. read more
