Not great customer service. I went in last Wednesday to withdraw some cash, and found a lobby full…read moreof people waiting to be seen for their appointments. The line for the tellers wasn't too bad, maybe five people with one teller working. My teller wasn't particularly friendly and occasionally scrolled on her Apple Watch during our transaction. I asked if I could have an envelope for my cash, which she gave me with my cash instead of putting the cash in the envelope for me, so I had to scramble to get everything in my purse with everyone watching. Mind you, there are signs everywhere telling you to me mindful of who is around you when exiting with cash. It seems to be the bare minimum when it comes to service, no smile, and very little conversation. Honestly, I've been treated more politely on the phone with B of A than in this branch, and I've been a customer since 1982. I'm guessing this is a managerial issue, since everything flows from the top. I've read the customer reviews for this branch and they are embarrassing. There are many other banks in the area who's customer service is so much better. How can you be satisfied with these sad reviews you are getting, you should do better.

For starters, months ago I visited the outdoor ATM and the security guard (whom I have addressed on numerous occasions before this incident) came out and asked me what I was doing. She said, "There are people waiting in their cars for the ATM but they are scared because of you." To which I replied, "Is that something they told you because my intention isn't to intimidate anyone?" To which she replied, "I don't have to ask I know." At which point, I told her I didn't understand why their fear was my problem. I've banked with Wells Fargo for years and needed to access my bank app to verify the money I had transferred had successfully gone through." She urged me to move on. I told her I did not appreciate that as a long time customer. (Especially after all the times I had respectfully addressed the security guard when I visited the inside of the banking facility) Thereafter, I successfully changed my name and followed through with the process at the social security office and DMV to access my new SSC and ID in an effort to update my records at Wells Fargo. While the staff was kind enough to squeeze in my appointment, the Banking Agent did not order my new card, requesting that I follow through with the process on my app. I did. But the card never got mailed to my home. I checked many times over the last month. So I recently ordered a new replacement and Wells Fargo changed my card number. I understand why the was change was performed but I am disappointed at how time consuming this whole process has been. I did also process a name change with Navy Federal on the same day and their Banking Agent printed a new card out with my updated records the same day. I love banking with Wells Fargo but all of this is frustrating. Being treated like some kind of criminal at my local bank by a security guard I've always respected was an isolating and uncomfortable experience to say the least and the elongation of my name change process has been incredibly annoying. I hope I will receive my latest card order in the mail more promptly this time. Since it is not the first time Wells Fargo has lost my card in the mail. I strongly advise this location to follow up with their security guard's training and customer handling because I was made to feel like I didn't belong at a bank I have been in business with since 2016. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

During my lunch break, Yessenia helped me at the counter, not only giving me the euros I ordered, but also letting me know about the blue travel credit card offered by Bank of America.. She emailed me the details, which I will consider after reading up on it some more. I appreciate Yessenia's professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. After that, I took a picture of the large spacious area in this branch of Bank of America. It is a great upgrade compared to when I came years ago. It's inviting, with are comfortable chairs and couches to sit on as you wait for your appointment, and there are at least 5 separate offices with frosted over windows for people who want to have a private consultation with one of the bank staff to set up accounts, etc. Two beautiful art pieces on the wall caught my attention. They had descriptions of the artist on the side kind of like you would see in a gallery. It was a nice touch. There are still several blank walls that would be very much spruced up by other visual art. I think art makes corporate places like banks feel less sterile and more human. In any case, fantastic impression of this branch of BOA today. Mostly thanks to Yessenia!

I stopped in at BofA in Rancho Cucamonga. I was met with massive smiles from Mayeli Calero and Marilyn Escalona. Right away they offered me a seat and made me feel like a valued customer. They reviewed all my options in a clear and transparent way. They were speedy and thorough. They got everything done in a short amount of time. I'm looking forward to being a long term BofA customer.... Job well done!!!! I'll be sure to let my friends know all about these 2 employees when I hear someone needs to open up a new account.

My understanding is he wanted to check his account for a specific check that paid or is lost to place a stop payment. We walked in, my father inlaw stood in line where there two tellers in attendance. A line formed behind him. After speaking with the teller letting her know the circumstances behind his concerns. She advised him that it would be best to see a behind the desk associate. He walked over found two associates talking in a corner he interrupted their conversation asking for assistance. One associate advised my father I law to walk with her across the lobby to the podium to see if there is a 4:30 appointment as it was 4:33. And no ine was waiting it seems unlikely there's anyone waiting for their appointment. The male associate had to use a pin code to go behind the counter to speak with the FSR (financial service manager) to see if there was an appointment. Meanwhile my father inlay is holding on to the podium to steady himself. Once the male associate returns he advised he doesn't know if there's an appointment. The female associate asked my father inlaw to now walk with her back to her desk have a seat, she will arrange an appointment for tomorrow to come back to the bank to see if that check posted or what can be done if the check hasnt posted yet. I am an associate at a financial institution, I know this bank account search should take no more that 10 min. His appointment is for tomorrow at 9am. I advised this associate that I work in banking seems like an easy thing to look at his account. She gave me a face as if to say oh really?! I said I get it -this is your protocol. She says because we are so close to closing (at 5pm) We drove back home. My father inlaw called the automated customer service searched for the check and placed a stop payment -this took my father inlay less than 10 minutes. I know someone is reading this saying he should have done this to begin with, or why not online? My father inlay comes from a generation where banking is done face to face. The customer service is not found in this banking location. Its just absent this will lead to a distrust in banking. My advise to this location do better!
