My family was in a bind and we needed a new car fast, a friend of mine that worked at a dealership asked if we were with SF, and when I said no he asked and he responded incredulously "Why?!" So we headed to SF so my husband could become a member and secure a car loan, because their interest rates are so much better than you'd find at a dealership! Tyrie took such good care of us. He was efficient, and patient and kept it so real. He was able to get us set up, approved and even gave us this blank check that was good for up to the amount we were approved for to give the dealership, to avoid any potential hiccups. It had been the most stressful month, potentially of my life. And if anything had gone wrong that day, I might have lost my mind. We were able to Become members, get a car loan, and get a car THAT DAY and it HAD to be THAT DAY, all because of SF and Tyrie.

The line for the tellers wasn't too bad, maybe five people with one teller working. My teller wasn't particularly friendly and occasionally scrolled on her Apple Watch during our transaction. I asked if I could have an envelope for my cash, which she gave me with my cash instead of putting the cash in the envelope for me, so I had to scramble to get everything in my purse with everyone watching. Mind you, there are signs everywhere telling you to me mindful of who is around you when exiting with cash. It seems to be the bare minimum when it comes to service, no smile, and very little conversation. Honestly, I've been treated more politely on the phone with B of A than in this branch, and I've been a customer since 1982. I'm guessing this is a managerial issue, since everything flows from the top. I've read the customer reviews for this branch and they are embarrassing. There are many other banks in the area who's customer service is so much better. How can you be satisfied with these sad reviews you are getting, you should do better.

There was 1 person at the window and I was the 3rd person in line. A banker greeted us and told us another person would come to help.. no one ever did.. I waited about 15min and once it was my turn there were about 4 people behind me. The lady at the window was very friendly. She talked with my kids and said hi. Very nice. I just think they should have more people at the windows or even ATM machines. They didn't have any ATM machines inside. They will not allow you to do regular business with them without questioning every move that you make saying that it's suspicious. My account was hacked and they said the assets were protected. They didn't. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. They held on to three separate wires for me for so long that I missed opportunities to make revenue. This bank has become the worst financial institution. I was a Chase customer of theirs for 21 years before they turned into the Gestapo. Get your act together.
