Sad there's such bad reviews for this place. I've had a great experience at this place on multiple visits, great customer service and great selection compared with Ontario. Quick eye exams too! My only fault with the place is they forget to call when your glasses are in. I've called ahead when glasses were repaired or new glasses were to be picked up and they were ready but no one called. On September 18, 2025 I purchased 2 pair of glasses, When I went to pick them up they were not made correctly. I am a 73 year old disabled man. On 2 more trips down a dangerous mountain road the glasses were not made correctly. I requested a refund (this is 6+weeks after initial purchase) and they refused. They are refusing to refund and return my MEDICARE EYE BENEFITS. I have no other recourse than to contact the Federal Trade Commission to resolve this issue read more

They have many appointments available i chose to coming in Saturday so I won't be in a rush. I had an appointment with Dr Batoul Moradzadeh, and she is by far the best Optometrist I have ever had. She was just so patient and kind, and very knowledgeable. Honestly I will just find another eye glass provider. I went into the to have my dolce and Gabbana eyeglasses repaired. Diana came off very rude and immediately asked if I purchased the glasses and if they belonged to me. After I advised her that it was an online order she told me that I need to call customer service because they could not assist me. I was offended by her accusations & felt that I was racially profiled. I spoke with the supervisor Amanda and she was equally as rude. I've been going to this Lens Crafter for several years, we had an appointment and hit a lot of traffic so we're 10 minutes late and turned away being told "sorry grace period is over the Dr left". I then called a week later and asked if they take walk ins. I am told yes we take walk ins but you may have to wait around 30 minutes. So I drive 20 minutes to get to this location just to be told they don't take walk ins. Then they say if you want to wait an hour we can take you, so I agreed to wait. It was for my son and myself. Then the Asst Manager Alex says, "oh no we can only take 1 not 2". This is 2 times at this same location! Ive been coming to this location for many years and buy glasses and contacts and get my families exams from here and I always purchase expensive name brand glasses not the cheap ones! WORST customer service EVER. I came in excited and motivated to purchase some new lenses. My boyfriend and I walked around for about 20 minutes and not ONE person acknowledged us. I get a better greeting at fast food restaurants, seriously. The sad part is that other customers came in and they were acknowledged so it almost felt like we were being stereotyped. I, of course, came when this fear of Corona virus is at large. But I have been in need of glasses for 2 years and always trusted lens crafters since I could wear glasses. Made an appointment online, got there and the lady told me that she was going to charge extra for a retina scan because the eye doctor is old and it eliminates patient contact. It was an extra 40$ and I was mad, thought about walking out because that's not my fault, but like I said I need glasses. The exam went good, I always feel I struggle because I'm bad at choosing what number is clearer than the other. He was nice and gave me my time to choose. When all was said and done, they took money off because of the unnecessary scan and took some more money off for my glasses. I'm beyond happy that I didn't spend 500$ on glasses and through all this mess about the virus, they were nice. Thanks guys! read more

I showed up without an appointment and didn't realize how busy this location was. Amanda greeted us and explained their COVID policy and how we could wait to see if an unconfirmed appointment would not show. After a short while the floor was clear for me to look at frames. I believe it was Kelly who helped with the endless parade of frames I looked at. Everyone was so professional and I can't believe they were able to get me in and out within a couple hours. Well I came to this location to fill a prescription and they had my lenses and frames and told me to come back the next day after noon... so I ask why my glasses can't be ready it's only 7pm you close at 8pm one girl told me they stop doing glasses at 7pm then I asked where dose it say that? Because no where dose it say they stop a hr before closing! So I ask for a manager and got a ugly attitude then was told they stop doing glasses at 6pm then I asked again what time then she changed it to 6:30pm!! His customer service was also high quality and he for sure left a good impression on me. This place has terrible customer service except for the Doctor, she was pleasant. It should never take 3 months to get some prescribed contact lenses. My boyfriend has called and went up here countless times and no one never knows what is going on. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The only thing, the staff up front knows how to do, is stand around and have personal conversations. The only thing this place is good at doing, is wasting peoples time. Absolutely hate this place. Like other people have experienced, having an appointment means nothing: They will take walk-ins before you while you wonder what the point of making an appointment was in the first place. The namesake / owner did a horrible job measuring me for glasses. I can't see out of one side. The bifocals they made me get (whether I needed it or not) rendered my ability to do my hobbies useless. Each time I got glasses here, I still have to read my phone inches from my face because their bifocals are crap. Also, I have to remove my glasses in order to see. Never getting bifocals again. I decided to pay extra to get contacts and the other doctor tried to hide how much of a difference his measurements were from hers. My contact lenses were far better than my glasses, but the bifocal portion still made it impossible to work on my machines. Finally, their choice of glasses leave much to be desired. read more

With doctors,,, first time here and probably last,,, appt was at 12.30 i got here at 12 so i could fill out paperwork etc,, my prescreen was great friendly in time ,,, 1230 came and went ,, 45 minutes after from dr appt time still waiting,, another patient came they took her first ,, finally when i thought it was my turn male dr comes out looks at my chart and leaves it for the next dr,, what kind of shit is that ,,, it's is now an hour and 20 min i have been waiting and all i got was so sorry that does not cut it that is why u make an appt,,, and before u go to lunch help the patients,,, really un happy ,, Staff in the front awesome friendly love them read more

If I could give minus 5, I would! I've used eyeglasses for over 40 years and so has my wife. This is the worst pair of glasses we have both had. I understand that glasses do scratch, but they offered anti-scratch glasses for which we paid extra, we also bought the "insurance" with our glasses , came to the store to have the glasses "replaced" but I'm not sure they did because not even a month later the glasses scratched in the exact same place, which has led me to believe that they did not replace the glasses for my wife. My case is worse, since my glasses have never allowed me to see appropriately. I've been to the store 4 times so far and all they do is readjust the frame to the point that I have to wear my glasses all the way up in my face.... extremely awkward and uncomfortable, but that's the only solution they offered. Now I'm stuck with glasses that don't work for me and can't change them because I used up all my benefits for the year. If you can avoid using this store.... run the other way! read more

My wife and I decided to go to LensCrafters to get our eyes checked. I wear contacts and have been for many years. Ms. Jennifer Renard, OD was the optometrist that performed my exam. She informed me that the brand of contacts that I have been using does not offer the new prescription, therefore a new brand needed to be utilized. I was against changing brands because I have done so before with very bad results. The optometrist pushed the matter so I decided to gave it a shot. Left the store with a bit of discomfort, but figured it would pass once my eyes adjusted to the new brand. My eyes never adjusted to the new brand and my vision was very impaired. I attempted to contact LensCrafters over the phone without success. My eyes were so irritated from the contacts that I had to wear my glasses for the remainder of the week. Today, 1-23-19, I went into the store to stop the contacts that had been ordered and to confront them on the misinformation that the practitioner had given me. My original brand of contacts do offer my latest prescription, so I wanted answers on why I was lied to. I asked to speak with the manager and was helped by Roleen, a team leader. She was initially empathetic, but as our conversation progressed she took a defensive role with excuses for everything. I was able to get a refund and cancel my contacts order after asking three times. Future costumers beware, misinformation from a medical practitioner is consider malpractice. I will definitively stay away from this place. Their negligence and disrespect leaves a lot to be desired. read more
