Dr. Phan And Dr. nguyen are awesome! Super professional and very nice. I liked their intake form they have you do before the appointment, super convenient and makes the process faster. I like that they accept insurance or CASH! Not everyone has health insurance, so I'm glad there's options for everyone. This was my first time going in and it was a 1 1/2 hour wait and the front desk mention she would call me whenever it was my turn. I did a pre test and then waited 10 minutes to see Dr. Julie for the full exam. Dr Julie was very nice she listened to the symptoms I was having and details I had to say. Dr Julie explain to me why I was having those symptoms , gave me a prescription, she took her time and answered my questions. Overall bery great experience! read more

My fiancée and I showed up for an appointment but when we got there the door was closed. I asked if anyone was in being that my appointment time was approaching and was told that the doctor called out. The people at the desk were helping get a hold of another optometry in the area with no success when the receptionist walked in. She was no help at all, telling us that they had called and sent a message to everyone with an appointment telling them the doctor wasn't going to be in. Which is a lie being that we didn't receive either one, if we had we my fiancée wouldn't have taken the day off of work for this appointment. Your receptionist did nothing to try to help the situation, instead she was snotty and advised me to call the area to find another place to go to. The people outside the office were way more helpful by taking the time to call instead of telling me to do it. read more

My optometrist office was fully booked for months and I was recommend this office since I was in urgent need of an appointment. My glasses already had so many scratches and I can tell my prescription had changed since I was constantly taking them off. When I called they gave me an appointment within the same week. Wow. Can't believe it's been 3 years since I've last had my eyes checked (shame on me!). Premier Eye care does a good job at ensuring social distancing is taking place, especially since their waiting room is pretty small. Today my husband and I came in to have our eyes examined for contacts, glasses, and overall eye health. Michelle is really friendly, welcoming, and has excellent customer service. The lady who performed our initial part of the exam was really nice too (sorry forgot your name). They had a new exam which pretty much takes a picture of your eye vessels to check for cataracts, glaucoma, or any other eye abnormalities. Last time I was here, I met Dr. Nguyen, but this time I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Phan. Dr. Phan is great at what she does. She takes time to explain everything thoroughly. She is very friendly and personable. She addressed my dry eye issues and discussed different options. I was offered to try a different brand of contacts that would be better for my dry eyes. I was sent home with samples to determine if I liked the contacts and eye drops. I have a follow up appointment in a couple of weeks. I'm excited to see the effectiveness of one of the treatments I am trialing for dry eyes. There's a reason Premier Eye Care has such good reviews. Check it out for yourself. We love Premier Eye Care and how they took care of us during our process of getting contacts and eye glass prescriptions! Here's why: 1) They accept Risk Management which is great if you have Loma linda University insurance 2) You don't need Sam's club membership 3) Sara is the sweetest optometry assistant ever!!! She is always on top of our appointments and very attentive to us during our visits. 4) Dr. Phan is the best optometrist you will ever meet! She is very friendly, very attentive, and very genuine in getting to know her patients in a name basis and overall care. We will miss her but definitely we'll be back for our eye check up next year. P.s. I have a very strong astigmatism and vision and I saw her from May to October to get the best prescription. Absolutely great customer service and excellent patient care. This office is located inside of Sam's Club and requires no membership to see the optometrist. Although sometimes there can be a wait(if you don't have an appointment), you can walk around Sams Club and if you're lucky, get some free food samples in the meantime. I like that they accept most insurances and take walk-ins, since sometimes I do forget to make an appointment. When you first walk in the door, you're immediately greeted with a big smile from one of the staff. Dr. Phan is extremely skillful, personable, and really thorough when examining the eyes. She really cares for her patients and makes sure that the glasses/contacts she prescribes are the best fit for you. read more

Dr. Phan and Dr. Nguyen, and their amazing staff, are truly incredible. My experiences as a patient were better than I could have imagined. The second I walked into their office I was greeted with a warm welcome from both Sara and Michelle, which definitely removed the nerves I had regarding my exam. I have been an avid user of contact lenses for about 9 years know, specifically utilizing the same type and brand. It wasn't until 1 year ago that I started noticing my vision deplete, my eyes dryer than ever and a small suction cup sensation when I removed my contacts at night. Unbeknownst to me, my contact lenses were not fitting correctly and were cutting off Oxygen to my eyes!!!! Dr. Phan noticed it the second she started the exam, something my previous Optometrist never saw. Might I note it wasn't something that occurs overnight, it took years to get to this point. Dr. Phan took her time explaining to me the situation and diagnosis, and created a game plan to help my eyes and vision improve. She switched me to a completely different type of contact lenses and we began a trial to see how I liked them. I was SOLD that same day! They instantly felt better and my eyes were back to being oxygenated! I came into my appointment worried and scared about what was going to happen with my vision, but left overjoyed by the positive impact Dr. Phan had on not only my eyes, but my life. I wear my contact lenses with a sense of ease now, not scared that I'm losing my vision because of them. At night I don't feel the uncomfortable pain associated with unfit contact lenses.
