The food is pretty decent but whoever is checking the online orders for completeness is failing. I ordered online so I could run by and grab my salad before the game started. I am so glad that Rib Crib is in Ponca City. When I want BBQ this is where I go. Whether I dine in or call in an order and bring it home the food is delicious. I am over sensitive to spicy things, pepper, peppers etc. So I usually get a slider and fries and omg does it melt in your mouth, the meat is fall apart tender and then add BBQ sauce and you will be on cloud nine! I am in a wheelchair so being able to get into places is usually difficult depending on the lay out but I have zero issues navigating inside around all the tabkes. And the disabled parking is right up front not far from the entrance and that helps a ton. Whether you're alone, going on a date with your significant other, or want to take the family out for dinner, this place should definitely be in your list of go too places. Stopped in for dinner. Inviting place with plenty of televisions for those who care to watch. I chose a 2 meat special with chicken, brisket, coleslaw and green beans. The chicken was much better than the brisket. Moist and flavorful. I was disappointed with the brisket. It was dry and chewy despite me asking for moist brisket. The bbq sauces come in squeeze bottles and I prefer it that way. The house bbq sauce was good. The best of the 3 offerings. The hot was hot for mear mortals but could not even get my nose to run a bit. The Carolina was bad. Not even close to a Carolina bbq sauce. My server was excellent and attentive. I've never been to a place that was so hospitable, I asked for pizza at a BBQ place and they made it. It wasn't a very good pizza. I'll have to try the BBQ next time I hear it's alright. Perfect score. read more

Sent my son for a carry out.I ordered Chicken Fried steak. I did not know sirloins were perfectly round,thin with more batter than steak. Batter around steak was too salty to eat. So had to take it off and reveled the steak under it. One of the frozen patties thrown in the quick fryer. Very disappointed in a 13 dollar meal. read more

Disgusting. Microwave your leftover ribs and that's what we were served for dinner here. Just the appearance looked disgusting. We came here because we've had fantastic food at other Rib Cribs, but this one totally missed the mark. We finished no part of our meal before leaving. We actually went next door to Head Country or whatever it's called now and had much better. We are lucky to have them here in town. Probably one of the best restaurants we have here in Ponca. The food is always good and usually the services usually fast. One time they had some problems and my food came out after 45 minutes. The manager took it upon himself to comp my meal and our entire table was free. Now that's a gentleman who knows how to please customers and turn a imperfect situation into pleasing the customer and having them return again and again. People remember kindness. Great atmosphere for a barbecue restaurant. While eating we could hear the rain hitting the tin roof above, further giving it that country feel. Had a grilled chicken and bacon sandwich with a side of fried onion rings. Sandwich had great taste and the chicken was well cooked. Loved the cheeses put and melted on top of it. Bacon was crispy and had a rich taste. The onion rings tasted good, but weren't well seasoned. Would still recommend both. Also tried the macaroni and cheese and fried okra; both were fantastic. Only took about ten or fifteen minutes from ordering to get food. Would give this location and restaurant a try if you're passing through or live in or around the the Ponca City area. read more

Excellent food, clean dining! My husband had the all you can eat St Louis ribs ... they were perfectly delicious. I had the pulled pork and brisket ... pulled pork was excellent. Brisket was a little dry but there's sauces at the table to put on it. 10 year old daughter had the macaroni and cheese and loved it. Our waitress was friendly, and very efficient. We came here because the wife had a gift card from Christmas and it's Rib Crib, got what we expected in the terms of food quality and taste. I personally have always though Rib Crib was over priced but the foods fine. The great thing about the Ponca City location is the staff. We've been here a couple of times and the staff is always wonderful. If you like the style of food they serve you will enjoy the Ponca City location. read more

My burger tasted like it belonged in a movie theater. It was just wrong. The fries were severely over seasoned unable to be eaten. But my husband's were fine? If I want rib crib I'll unfortunately be making the drive to stillwater. :( they at least give me a cup for as much money as was spent. read more

We were not impressed by our service at the Rib Crib. Our names got lost on the list for a table. When we asked how much longer it would be, they told us they called our name and we didn't hear it. We were sitting directly in front of the wait stand. The food took a long time in the kitchen. When we were finally served the food was not bad but not good either. We had the loaded baked potato and the chicken and brisket combo. Our sides, green beans and coleslaw were not remarkable. We like Head country next door better. read more
