Ricciardi Brothers offered a full selection of this brand's paint including their Bath and Spa Aura line which promised mildew-resistance, better coverage, richer colors, and zero VOCs (volatile organic compounds that pollute indoor air). I really loved the more refined color choices versus those offered at Home Depot and Lowes. Upon entering, there's a consultation table where you can discuss colors with an associate if needed. Further in on the right is a wall full of paint swatches galore. I got 3 samples then chose one. On my second visit to actually buy cans of my selection, they recommended the perfect amount of paint to buy, but I recommend buying a little extra for future touch ups in case of accidental damage. Also, in my own humble experience, even with the right mixing ratios, paint colors batch-to-batch are never really the same. Besides paint, this place offers higher quality paint equipment than larger home improvement stores and sometimes, they're worth it.

Finally one of the two sales people was kind enough to show me the 2 pot fillers they had. As a consumer, I think this location needs a training in customer service. Sitting behind a desk and pointing is unacceptable. I did not purchase the pot filler it $600 plus tax, the one they had.

Maribel was the service associate helping me and she has made all the difference in my project. In good faith, my relative issued him a check for that full amount upfront. At first, they were not looking for a refund. They simply expected Mr. Pica to return and complete the work as agreed. However, after receiving payment, he never came back. Despite waiting a significant amount of time and making multiple calls, no work was started. When finally pressed for answers, Mr. Pica claimed he had purchased materials, but instead of taking responsibility, he behaved as though the delay and lack of work were somehow the customer's problem. When asked for a resolution, he stated he would only return $5,000, keeping $2,000 for his "time," and refused to do anything further. Since then, there has been no response, no phone call, no correspondence, and no refund of any sort. Mr. Pica took the money and disappeared. Shame on him for taking advantage of elderly customers who entered into this agreement in good faith. It is despicable and deplorable that a supposed legitimate businessman would conduct himself in this manner. I strongly advise the public to avoid doing business with Artistic Kitchens and Baths or John Pica. This has been a horrible, dishonest, and predatory experience.
