As an athlete with both performance and aesthetic goals, I am pretty picky about what goes into my body. I hugely appreciate that Fuller-Nutrifuel includes the macronutrient profile for each meal. Meals are delivered on time, taste DELICIOUS (unlike many meal prep services), and save me precious time during the week that would otherwise be spent groccery shopping and cooking.

You can tell these meals are made by chefs who care about their clients' well-being just as much as they care about taste. Whether you're meal-prepping for the week, recovering from an event, or just want an easy, nourishing option that doesn't sacrifice flavor, Fuller Nutrifuel is IT. I'm obsessed and will keep coming back for more--thank you for making healthy food this easy and this good!

CAVEAT: I am neither paleo nor do I engage in paleo eating activities. However, when the neighbor…read moreinvited me to try his beloved food cart, I just couldn't resist. Had this been a regular food cart (non paleo), I would have given this two/three stars. Portions were small, and my vegan curry lacked a lot of spices, which made the curry very bland. Perhaps my tastebuds need to adjust to the paleo lifestyle to appreciate the cart. But given that all the food from this cart is made for people with very specific dietary restrictions, I see the allure to it. All of their food adheres to the paleo lifestyle such as free range chicken, grass fed beef, local, organic, etc. And they list where all they get all their ingredients too! I do wish there were more things on the menu. Their rotating menu is pretty limited and it seems like they favor a lot of pork. This could be a drawback for certain people, like Paleo Muslims for example. A good suggestion is to have more variety. I'll give them one thing - the pork lettuce wraps (pork carnitas) smelled amazing.

Outside the Box is the first and only food truck in Seattle specializing in Paleo food. In addition…read moreto the food truck, they have a meal delivery service for those looking for Paleo meals without having to do the work. The last couple of weeks, Outside the Box has made a stop on the Microsoft campus so I decided to try this truck for the first time. I don't follow the Paleo diet, but that doesn't mean it won't appeal to those who don't. Except if you are a vegetarian/vegan/pescetarian since many of the offerings here include meat. Though there are a couple items that don't. For those who are unfamiliar with the Paleo diet, it basically means that only ingredients available during the hunter-gatherer era of humanity are eaten. So no grains and dairy are used. Great for those who don't like eating highly processed foods. So for someone like me so ingrained to eating carbs with my meal, this is a diet that would seem difficult to adjust to. The offerings here are a little more pricey than other trucks. A couple are over the $10 price point which may seem a bit more than people are willing to pay for what is basically a work lunch. This can be attributed to the ingredients used as meat jacks up the price of meals. I tried out the pork carnitas ($7.99) which is pulled pork on top of pieces of lettuce with pico de gallo on the side. I liked it as it was a refreshing change in the food you can find elsewhere on campus. The taste of the food though stays with you. I don't know if it was from the pico de gallo or onions, but it stays with you for hours after. I think OTB is a promising truck. There is going to be a crowd of customers at MS as the food here appeals to the fitness/CrossFit crowd. But to draw in the regular eater I think it would be good add an additional item or two under the $10 threshold as there are already numerous economical dining options nearby. Keeping the price competitive will help encourage the unfamiliar diner to try out a Paleo meal for a change.

Chef Michael then organize the menu with my son and his fiancé. Chef Michael showed up and started his prep, he was very professional and approachable. His organization in the kitchen was amazing. We had 10 adults and three grandchildren at the tables. Chef Michael treated the kids with respect and described each dish as it came out. We had five appetizers, a couple salads, and the main with two sides. Everything was exceptional, we are still talking about it. We will remember this meal forever. Chef Michael packed up leftovers, and clean the kitchen immaculately. We couldn't be any happier with the service and the food that we received. The grandkids favorite course was the grilled octopus, amazing! We would definitely recommend and would do this again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Laura and Chef Michael

Game changing. 100% game changing. I have no idea why we waited so long to try this... and if you…read moretold me that a business existed like this a few years ago, I wouldn't have believed you. Saves us a ton of time with two kids, the food is always anywhere between 8/10, 9/10, or 10/10. And we're pretty discerning in our household for Indian food (blame my mom's cooking reputation). While we absolutely love using T+More and were happy to write this review... there are three small pieces of feedback that I think would make this business indispensable to us no matter what: 1) Switch to using more reusable containers. The bag and frozen ice is a good start, but I'd love to see less reliance on plastic containers, esp. when those plastic containers aren't specified to be BPA free. What about Pyrex containers? There's a $20 onboarding fee for a crappy refrigerated bag. I think we'd have been willing to pay a higher onboarding fee if the containers were reusable and the bag being higher quality and insulated. 2) Just send the rotis that they have at the Indian store with some minimal markup. As Turmeric has made it so that we don't really need to go to the east side to get ingredients for curries anymore, might as well just add the rotis in as well so that we don't have to go to the east side to pick those up. 3) I know this is asking too much, but it's worth a shot. Indian food is great (and realistically, we love getting it week). However, we frequently talk about how this could get 'boring' after a little while, and we wish there were was at least one non-desi option in the rotation on a weekly basis. Maybe even Indo-chinese. If Turmeric 'n More really had "More", I think we'd just stick to this and not need anything else. These are small nits and we're more than happy with the service.

It claimed to also have shredded paneer (more protein). What I received was what looked to be barely 2 oz of meat and maybe 10 small shreds of paneer. Very, very disappointing. I looked up how many oz of meat one might expect for a sandwich of this price from a food truck. The results showed one should expect 6-8 oz of meat, and that I was short changed! Again, very disappointing. This was mostly bread and filler.
