Though there are a couple items that don't. For those who are unfamiliar with the Paleo diet, it basically means that only ingredients available during the hunter-gatherer era of humanity are eaten. So no grains and dairy are used. Great for those who don't like eating highly processed foods. So for someone like me so ingrained to eating carbs with my meal, this is a diet that would seem difficult to adjust to. The offerings here are a little more pricey than other trucks. A couple are over the $10 price point which may seem a bit more than people are willing to pay for what is basically a work lunch. This can be attributed to the ingredients used as meat jacks up the price of meals. I tried out the pork carnitas ($7.99) which is pulled pork on top of pieces of lettuce with pico de gallo on the side. I liked it as it was a refreshing change in the food you can find elsewhere on campus. The taste of the food though stays with you. I don't know if it was from the pico de gallo or onions, but it stays with you for hours after. I think OTB is a promising truck. There is going to be a crowd of customers at MS as the food here appeals to the fitness/CrossFit crowd. But to draw in the regular eater I think it would be good add an additional item or two under the $10 threshold as there are already numerous economical dining options nearby. Keeping the price competitive will help encourage the unfamiliar diner to try out a Paleo meal for a change.

There's a $20 onboarding fee for a crappy refrigerated bag.
