What a value! Huge portions, tasty food. You can see all the garlic, sesame seeds, etc in the sauce- flavorful. Friendly and fast service. Worth the detour in our road trip :)

Strawberry shrimp. Very good! Already ate about half before taking the photo.

Decided to try this place driving by, and it's really good. Very clean, the staff is friendly, and the wait time was minimal. I got my food faster than I would have at the McDonalds drive thru. I got the strawberry shrimp and it was very tasty. The portions are generous so i have leftovers. The shrimp is served on a bed of fried rice. Very tasty dish. The fruit punch I got is also good. The only reason I mention the drinks is because sometimes at restaurants, the drinks from dispensers have a funny taste, but not here! It tastes good! I will definitely be going back. :)

Hands down my favorite drive through. The menu is fairly limited but being that I prefer rice and noodle dishes there is plenty to keep me coming back. The spring rolls are amazing and not the typical cabbage variety. Everything is so fresh I actually have to let it cool down after bringing it home. The owners are wonderful and strive to please. Fast and cooked to order and prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Hard to beat

Mom & Pop shop with fabulous, fresh food. Quickly prepared while you watch, if you go in. But don't plan on dining in as it is strictly carry out or drive through. Huge portions with choice of soup or soda. The Egg Noodle soup has great flavor, dark chicken base melded well with the noodles and egg. Sesame Chicken is mild, served with brown rice.

    Faces Independence.

Don't let the 3 star fool you. This new Chinese takeout place in Cape is a welcome addition to the other Asian offering we have here. It's on Independence about halfway from Kingshighway to the River. I think this place used to be a car lot. Here are the main points. #1. They open at 11:00 for lunch. #2. They have all the typical American type Chinese dishes that most people here want. #3. They are super nice. The Chef has been living here for 18 years and his Wife for 10 years. They have a beautiful daughter by the way! #4. Prices. Well we had two full entrees, two soups, two egg rolls for a little north of $13.00 bucks!! #5 They close at 9;00, late enough for supper.. Talk about a quick freshly made lunch to go? Call them and it'll be waiting on you steaming hot.. For the price alone I'd try it at least once..

Woman working was friendly but the food wasn't great, very greasy and there was like no chicken in the chicken with vegetables.

Really nice restaurant with a clean interior and a good amount of indoor seating. I arrived about…read more15 minutes after opening and was one of the first orders, though more people trickled in shortly. I ordered at the counter and decided to eat in. Staff seemed friendly. I got the shrimp spring rolls and the beef pho. The spring rolls were served with a peanut sauce and were fairly simple--mainly just lettuce, vermicelli noodles, and shrimp wrapped in rice paper. I'm used to variations that usually include more greens/vegetables like carrots, thai basil, cucumber, etc. Still, they were a nice, fresh appetizer. The beef pho was pretty interesting. The broth had a decent beefy flavor but lacked the aromatics that I'm used to tasting in pho. The best way I can describe it is that it tasted very plain and uncomplicated. I'd probably chalk this up to the fact that I've lived in northern NJ / NYC for most of my life which has a large Asian population and many Pho restaurants. The beef slices were also thicker and a bit tougher than what I'm used to. No options for tripe, tendon, or meatballs either. Normally, I would have given 3 stars, but I appreciate this restaurant and its food for what it is in context. I'm just glad that I can get a decent bowl of pho when I'm craving it.

Amazing place outstanding staff. Excellent food was not a better place anywhere close to this…read moreplace. They really stand out and should be commended in awarded on every level. I mean I wish there was something negative to say so. It doesn't sound like a phony review., but this is truly a gem and should at least be tried once The the interior seating as such a bistro quality, upscale, but friendly, very professional, but friendly And I've been there twice now and I will say the second time I went they weren't open on a night they were scheduled to be. They extended their weekend for their employees and Restaurant staff which wasn't convenient for me, but I called and that's what a woman told me. I went back the next night, cause I'm only in town for two weeks and I've got the rest of the week left so I wanted to try it again and during my meal a woman walked up a staff member and asked me if I was the one that called the night before and I said yes and she said thank you for coming back and I said not a problem. I completely understand. It's nice if you were able to extend your staff's Fourth of July weekend. I'm getting ready to leave. I'm asking if I can cash out and I was told it was taken care of and I asked my whole bill and my server said yes it's our way of saying thank you for coming back. It was a nicest thing anyone's ever done for me in a while and I didn't order the least expensive items on the menu. I went for a taste good. It is a long review. I wish I had more time where there was an audio button, but I do want other people to read this. My favorite item on the menu is an appetizer is zucchini fritters out of this world, and I personally went for the duck confit , it's all great. Please try it out. Make a reservation to yourself a favor and just enjoy yourself. I understand the woman's name was Regan, would like to give a shout out to Regan and her staff. There a lot of great restaurants out there this one is absolutely one of the kind and it's not just my opinion, Ask anybody that's familiar with the name . Restaurants like this one needs to be noticed to be appreciated for what they represent, bring people together, adding Quality to a community serving community. And just putting really good food out there..

It was served with focaccia which was lightly toasted. You order the oysters individually, which is especially convenient as you can then order as many as it pleases your appetite. The duck comfit was excellent. The skin could have been crispier but the meat was succulent and well seasoned. Served with miso carrots and Boursin potatoes. The carrots were glazed perfectly and were a good compliment to the richness of the duck. The potatoes were the weakest part of the dish. I expected more flavor. There was no accent of chives or perhaps some creme fraiche to provide a herbaceous accent and/or acid to cut through the richness of the dish. They were placed in the plate from a disher so it looked a bit cheap on the plate. The wine was a Le Volte dell'Ornellaia red which was well balanced and very approachable. Not heavy on tannins. Overall an exceptional meal for $75. I would recommend it!
