Walked in on Saturday midday with one table in the whole restaurant and no one on the floor or bar. Sat at the hostess stand for about 10 min before being greeted and just asked to sit at the bar. They don't have a listed drink menu outside of the listed happy hour which just has basic drinks. Asked for an old fashioned and they said they're only making happy hour drinks at this time which I was interested in none of them. First ordered the wings and they came tossed in an overly sweet glaze although I will say they were cooked pretty decent. Next ordered the VBQ Pork which bahn mi that was under-stuffed and served with a side of lays chips poured on the plate which I thought was weird. All in all the sandwich had good taste but just felt it was lacking. I feel like this place has so much potential but attention to detail and service are seriously lacking. read more

Great food and pleasant service! I stopped by on a Sunday and was the first customer seated. The interior is spacious with a simple and clean vibe. There was only one server working at the time and despite the place starting to fill up by the time I left, she was very attentive and courteous. They seem to still be in a "soft opening" phase, so a few items on the menu weren't available. Their hours also seem subject to change, so I've updated them to reflect their current hours at the time of this review. Also, the little envelope of utensils they gave me was super cute. The only downside was that the plastic chopsticks were really slippery which made it difficult to eat the noodles. I ordered the Southeast Asia Eggs Rolls and Saigon Pho. The egg rolls were a good size and were more like fried spring rolls. They're crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and went well with the sweet chili sauce. The portion of pho is HUGE and was pretty close to the pho I've had back in northern NJ / NYC. The broth was flavorful and had the aromatics typical of good, authentic pho. The brisket was tender and I was pleased by Thai basil being included in the accoutrements. I ordered the Korean Short Rib Rice Plate for takeout as this was the only Korean food I'd seen served in the area. It was packaged well and was easy to reheat for dinner. The jasmine rice is a bit non-traditional, but it didn't affect the quality of the dish. The tender short ribs had a nice char and the sweet-savory marinate tasted fairly authentic. I'll definitely try this in the restaurant next time. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm glad that I have a place to enjoy good pho and Korean food nearby. read more

I love pho! I am from the island of O'ahu and was here visiting family. I was feeling under the weather on my birthday of all days! But what great way to celebrate it with one of my favorite foods. So I found this place. I didn't know what to expect being that I have never been here before. My husband and I can be what you call "pho snobs." So we are very particular when it comes to Vietnamese food. I was so happy we came! The pho was yummmm!! Although they didn't have all the sauces and things we normally would have added to our soup. It was worth the try. And I would come back. Everyone else enjoyed their pho too. read more

I had it to go. This is probably the closet to the real Phở in Cape. There are two things that is missing are tendon & tripe. Otherwise, it is pretty authentic. We came for early dinner late lunch had the Korean barbecue ribs with vermicelli and then also the rice pork with vermicelli. Both were very good very light. I added a little more spice to mine cause I like mine spicy but overall it was very delicious. We came on a Wednesday for dinner and there were only a few people there which made me think it might not be very good. Boy was I wrong! The restaurant is open, spacious and very clean. Even the silverware weimmaculate! There was beautiful jazz piano music playing which really added to the ambiance. The server was so welcoming and helpful. Now for the food. We had a grilled pork rice dish with an egg on top and a delicious beef pho soup with fresh basil and crispy fresh bean sprouts. Everything was fresh and delicious! Some girlfriends got together for lunch during their soft opening today and it was AMAZING! The food was delicious and is authentic. I had the Korean Short Rib Vermicelli and a side of spring rolls. The spring rolls are huge & the peanut dipping sauce was do good. My entree was also delicious. I poured what I think was fish sauce over the top and stirred my noodles up. Perfect flavor combination and generous portions on all of our meals. The service was good. They are adjusting to more customers and could have used another waiter, but were friendly and helpful. Our food didn't take long to arrive. They took over the old Bella Italia location and did a great job redesigning the inside. The ambiance was great. The bar side looks very cool. Can't wait to come back and check out drinks some evening. I am excited to see what their full menu will have once they are up to full speed.
