I've been ordering custom packaging for my photography products from Rice Studio Supply for several years now and couldn't be happier with their customer service & beautiful, high quality products. I recently changed my business name & logo & ordered a ton of new products (3 sizes of portrait cases, 2 sizes of album boxes, USB drives, USB boxes & tissue paper). I had questions about the custom dies used for imprinting (what size to use on which product, matching ink colors to tissue paper, etc) and I spoke with one of their employees over the phone & she easily answered all my questions, had great advice for me, and was extremely friendly. I've always received such positive comments from my clients about my packaging since I started using Rice, which is why I was happy to invest in their products again. Can't wait to hear my clients' feedback about my newest packaging! read more

Found Rice Studio Supply on the internet and looked at their offerings. Thought I'd give them a try by ordering their Black Artisan Portrait Case Starter Pack. I uploaded my company's logo for printing on the Black Artisan boxes. Throughout the process, I had several questions and Leahana was very accommodating and helpful. I stumbled upon a lab run by Mr. Jin. He is a very attentive person; from our conversation, I learned he has been in the business for 40 years--which really speaks volumes. After I handed him a test roll for processing and saw the prints, I realized this was exactly what I had been looking for. My order was ready by the next day, and the print quality was excellent. I am also very pleased that he processes 120mm film. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for high-quality prints of their photos.

Jin at Photo Lab did a fantastic job on the pictures for my mom's milestone birthday party. Dropped…read morethe originals off on Friday morning and they were ready on Wednesday afternoon. 10 8x10 pictures were $109 which seemed like a lot to me, but I am not sure how much work went into restoration, sizing them up, etc. The quality of the pictures were really great! Store is in a corner space that can be easily missed. Parking is tight and the store was crowded with boxes. Don't judge a book by its cover- I would recommend this photo lab. ***Side note- We have also gotten our kids's passport pictures taken here as well. It was an easy and fast process.

Me and my friends came here to take dumb photos for the office and I truly believe we got what we paid for, personally. As someone who used to shoot photography and I have many friends in the business, for some basic pictures, JCPenny is actually saving you money. If you're going into it with the mindset that they're going to look like model quality, movie lighting, outstanding pictures, then that's a you problem. Anyhoosies, do kids practically run it? yes. is it nonprofessional? absolutely. But ya know what, take the $280 you would've spent here and use it as the deposit payment for your $2,000 photos elsewhere. P.s. Sorry bout that last part. Felt a bit harsh. But for reals, there are worse things happening in the world than for anyone to hate on basic 2000s style backdrop photography.
