I am a professional photographer and often need prints from film. In Portland, I tried both Shutterbug and Pro Photo Supply labs, but the print quality left much to be desired. I stumbled upon a lab run by Mr. Jin. He is a very attentive person; from our conversation, I learned he has been in the business for 40 years--which really speaks volumes. After I handed him a test roll for processing and saw the prints, I realized this was exactly what I had been looking for. My order was ready by the next day, and the print quality was excellent. Jin at Photo Lab did a fantastic job on the pictures for my mom's milestone birthday party. Dropped the originals off on Friday morning and they were ready on Wednesday afternoon. 10 8x10 pictures were $109 which seemed like a lot to me, but I am not sure how much work went into restoration, sizing them up, etc. The quality of the pictures were really great! Store is in a corner space that can be easily missed. Parking is tight and the store was crowded with boxes. Don't judge a book by its cover- I would recommend this photo lab. ***Side note- We have also gotten our kids's passport pictures taken here as well. It was an easy and fast process. read more

I went to Walgreen for a passport photo, and was told their machines did not work. Walgreens directed me to Photo Lab, and I'm very glad they did. Getting my passport photo was quick, efficient, inexpensive, and the turnaround time on my digital photo was only an hour. I highly recommend this location for all photo needs. read more

We came to him with a folded, faded copy of a picture on a old piece of paper from 1954. It's all we could find on my brother-in-law as a Florida Gator. Look what Jin did. I've been looking for a more convenient place to develop film that wasn't all the way in portland that also gave the negatives back (if you develop at places like Walgreens, they transfer everything onto a disc, which is fine if that's what you want, but I prefer holding on to film negatives). Finally I discovered this place and I couldn't be happier!
