I have been using Rich Cleaners for about a year now. I take business uniforms when they need cleaning and I also take my personal dry cleaning here as well. Mimi's customer service is exceptional. Super fast, super friendly, super cheap. Too bad I just discovered this place right before I move to another side of town. Also, from what I overheard with another customer, the prices for alterations are pretty cheap (by comparison to other places), as well. Cleaners in Houston are so plentiful you can't hardly go more than a block without seeing several. Though, the really good ones might take a little more effort to find. I was lucky that Rich Cleaners were located so close to where I was staying while I was in town, but I'd drive a little farther if I had to to get my duds cleaned right. The owner was very nice and courteous. My clothes were done quick and very professionally. And on top it all the price is unbeatable. Other places charge almost twice and don't do nearly as good a job so quickly. When I'm in town again, I'll be sure to patronize Rich Cleaners for all my cleaning needs. read more

I've never written a review, but this place merits it! They just removed a ten year old, -who knows what it was- stain from a pair of pants. Mimi is, in deed, amazing, Incredibly friendly, always in a good mood and always greets you with a smile and compliment. A friend recommended this place and I cant ever go anywhere else. I would discard items in the past because I just assumed stains couldnt be removed (from past experiences, as the cleaners would tell me from the get-go "oh no that wont come off"..) I'm torn on this place. I've gone twice. First time they did a great job - creased all my pants down the middle without me having to ask and everything pressed nicely. Second time - it felt like they half-assed it. all the waists on my pants looked like they hadn't been pressed and some of the pants even had random creases. I'm due for another dryclean run but debating if I want to give them another chance or drive way further out back to the old one I used to go to. read more

The drop off process was great! Mimi was awesome. Dry friendly and great prices. The pickup wasn't so great. Mini wasn't there yet and an Indian gentleman helped me. Not so friendly and decided to partake in a personal vendetta ll phone conversation the whole time trying to assist a customer. Not the best customer service at all. If I go back I'll only deal with Mimi. The clothes look great but he about ruined it for me. Never handle personal business at the counter especially with customers in front of you. Mimi does a pretty good job with alterations at a fair price. However, the laundering of shirts is a huge disappointment. Although I repeatedly requested NO starch, my shirts keep coming back stiff as a board. Feels like I'm wearing a paper bag. Also experienced tears under the collars of my shirts. To top it off, they raised the price of laundered shirts from .99 per shirt to 1.59 per shirt and didn't have the common courtesy to tell me. This is very deceptive.
