He takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure you fully understand your condition and treatment options. There is never any rush, and no question goes unanswered. What truly sets him apart is his level of involvement and advocacy for his patients. He referred me to an excellent endodontist for root canals and personally communicated with the specialist to ensure seamless care. He then referred me to a prosthodontist and went above and beyond--spending time on a phone call and texts coordinating my treatment. Dr. Bens even called me personally afterward to walk me through everything. Most impressively, after reviewing my prosthodontist treatment plan, Dr. Bens took the initiative to speak directly with the prosthodontist. That kind of dedication is extraordinary.
