But they wanted a doctors clearance and I have been trying to get one. But recently I had a situation where one of the teeth that I need removed started hurting badly and I contacted them via email. If I have an emergency situation, then why do I have to wait for a doctor's clearance, my tooth is now hurting worse than before and I can't get any help from this dentist to get some relief from the pain. And I can't keep taking pain meds for this tooth. So without a doctor's clearance, it doesn't matter if you have an emergency situation with your teeth at this dentist! I thought that doctor's if any kind are supposed to care about people, well it doesn't appear that this dentist care about anyone, especially in an emergency! The office is trashy. It's like an assembly line and the dentists I've seen don't seem to be good at their job, but I started going there because they were the only place I could find that had appointments available with short notice. That is a huge red flag, but I needed an appointment quickly so I wouldn't have to commute to my old dentist in a different county. I was already planning on looking for a new dentist when I have time. Now I have to asap. Even though Emily and Sarah both know that my appointment was for this morning, one of them put in their computer notes that I made the mistake and that my appointment is on 7/1. I found this out when I filed a complaint with EJ Dental's home office. The home office found that I am correct and that someone there changed the date in their computers. I don't know who is putting the false information in the computer. I have my suspicions, but don't know for sure who. I think their office should be sued and shut down for discrimination and shady business practices.
