Her other providers in office are also great. Roxanne is always nice, able to communicate, and open to any questions i may have. I truly love this clinic and their staff.

Rude, no information, gave me a diagnosis I've never heard of, while walking out the door. No explanation. No education or handouts. Tests were ordered that I wound up having my primary care administer, communication is a joke, portal is non-existent, etc. The first photo you see on Google is this lovely brick office with a red door. However, her office is in an old building that knocks you down with the smell of veterinarian/barnyard, cigarettes, and urine. I struggled to understand what the dr was saying and most of what she said was her talking to herself while bending my body odd directions with zero explanation. I could go on and on. Today was my 2nd appointment for follow up of labs. When I arrived, they said they had no appointment for me. The front desk girl stated that I had "rescheduled" the appointment but they had no appointment connected to the "reschedule." This office is a nightmare and so is the physician. I gave them another chance, thinking anyplace could have a single bad day. Believe the other 1-star reviews, as I CAN'T believe, having gone there, that any real person is giving Dr. Uzma Syeda those higher-starred reviews.

My first issue was that my appointment was at 10 am, and I was not seen by the doctor till 11:20 am. The nurse and doctor was very unsympathetic to the pain I am experiencing. The nurse told me my previous records were gone as they switched to a different system called Athena (I believe medical record retention is 7 years, and my records were from 2023 and 2024). They did an xray of the wrong area today. I also forgot to mention that I heard the nurse complaining about me from the hallway, which is completely unprofessional. I applied and received approval for financial assistance from Radius Assist. Radius Assist needs for Dr Basu to complete section 6 and 7 on page 3 of their Program Application. Radius Assist has contacted Dr Basu's office by voicemail and email 18 times since 7/28. I have called Dr Basu's office 23 times since 7/28. I have spoken with Leslie and Taylor numerous times. I have left numerous messages for Staci Fiock, Dr Basu's nurse. I have not spoken with Staci yet. As of this date, the form has not been completed. I have been waiting 5 months for this office to complete the form so that I can get the medicine that I need to be healthy. Dr Basu's office is deliberately preventing me from getting my medication. Their behavior is unethical and unprofessional. I do not recommend Dr Basu or Heritage Rheumatology.

Last year (2025) I thought I might have prostate cancer. Dr Davidson performed a number of tests to determine in the end that I did not. Despite his sometimes casual demeanor, he always displays concern and attention when it comes to serious topics of conversation. He follows up on areas of concern and is quick to prevent me from going down dark rabbit holes in my mind. The desk staff could use some courtesy training, but I am here for the doc. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I never felt heard, and though I have no doubt she knew what she was doing, Dr. Roopa listens and says that I know my body, and would adjust accordingly and it always worked. She did give good advice, but it wasn't advice I needed at the visits. I haven't had issues with the front office staff or the nurses/techs. My BIGGEST complaint besides Amanda, is the fact I cannot see Dr. Roopa every visit. I hate going back and forth between her and the medical assistant. I don't know if they're rotating their staff, but there seems to be different people each time I visit. I don't care about that, I just want the level of customer service to be consistent and to continue to improve. They told me that I needed to do all of the normal eye exam tests before the doctor would see me. I refused since I already had an eye exam back in August with my regular eye doctor. They refused to let the doctor see me for the chalazion unless I did all the tests. I argued that the tests were not necessary since 1. I already had them this year and 2 I was there for the chalazion only and would not be returning for any other treatments. I'm guessing they just wanted to perform unnecessary tests so they could charge me or my insurance more money. Their office manager or head woman in charge was very rude with me and would not budge on asking the doctor if he would just see the chalazion. Worst eye doctor business I've ever been to!!!
