The lady was EXTREMELY rude and condescending when all i was doing was asking questions regarding my kid, who is a patient. She kept sighing and talking to me like i was mentally challenged or stupid. It was a really awful experience. Lady, if you hate your job, if your personal life lowkey sucks, if you are underpaid and overworked in your opinion, or resentful for whatever reason, please don't show up at work or take it out on clients. She definitely shouldn't be handling clients with that attitude. She hung up on me. I have read the reviews on google and a lot of people complained about the staff being rude. I guess i should not be surprised then. It seems like the physician does not mind his staff members being rude. It says a lot.

I trust her completely, she has help be overcome a few difficult obstacles recently and she continues to encourage me. She has great bedside manners and she is always polite. The staff at Creekside Medical clinic are always in good spirit. Jackie is the sweetest, I'm always greeted with a smile and asked how my day is going. The place is always clean and comfortable and they don't keep you sitting there all day. Dr. Ramprasad is good about following up with you the next day about any blood work or ultrasounds done. I was really surprise to hear from her so soon on my first visit. I'm sure she will be apart of my life as long as we both reside In the Ga area. :)
