But if I have to go, I am going to a dentist who is friendly, kind and understands his profession! This is the place! I have been going to this dentist office for a few years. Dr. Datillio runs a smaller practice so he knows his patients. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The receptionist is really friendly. The office is not huge so once you get in the chair the dentist is in to see you within minutes. The hygienists are thorough and efficient. I have had fillings done here, and Dr. Datillo explains what he needs to do and always gives you a time frame. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great dentist!

The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was condescending, arrogant, and made me feel like a child. It was the most unpleasant dentist appointment I have ever had. Now MIND YOU! I have a pretty thorough oral care routine. I use a fluoride, non-alcoholic mouthwash and brush my teeth with both a manual and electric toothbrush twice a day. I use floss picks, use a water flosser, and scrape my tongue daily. The dentist herself told me that she could tell that I take care of my teeth. Fast forward. I go to the hygienist for my cleaning. First, she forced me to watch a YouTube video on how to brush my teeth and floss before getting started (I'm 24 ?!?!?!). The entire time she's flailing about in my mouth, she is telling me that I am at risk for periodontal disease and that my gums look inflamed and bloody (a blatant lie). She is shaming me for my flossing habits and telling me that I keep an unclean mouth. She then pretty much forces me to do a fluoride application treatment not covered by my insurance (she asked me to pick a flavor while she was still cleaning out my teeth and didn't even give me the option to decline). Her hygienist station has all of the products she's selling with price tags on each (which I have NEVER seen any other dentist / hygienist do). She then tries to get me to buy mouthwash, a new toothbrush, and a water flosser off of her. I have never, ever wanted to get out of a chair so fast in my damn life!!!!! The front desk person was so kind and normal though, and I loved Dr. Kim.

I've also encountered some (lack of) insurance problems, and Dr. B has worked with me on those to try to lessen the stress. Worth the drive to the south hills, for sure! Also, the office itself is relaxing. Some of the ceiling tiles in the rooms are clouds, just for an added touch :) And there is a photo book in the lobby of a medical mission/service trip Bellios took. He's just an actual decent human being, which is comforting when you're sitting in that dreaded chair!

The whole staff was incredibly kind and they are all very upbeat. Dr Bellios was so nice in explaining everything to me when he made my treatment plan. There wasn't a single question or concern that I brought up that he didn't make me feel at ease about. The girl at the front desk (Rena?) is super awesome about finding an appointment time that works with your schedule and working with you for a payment plan if you need it. She puts you at ease the minute you walking in the door and that makes her spectacular. I ended up needing a root canal, crown and some fillings. The root canal wasn't what I thought it would be like. I was so scared that it would hurt but Dr Bellios was very patient and made sure it didn't hurt at all. Every step of the way he was very kind and patient, even when some things just wouldn't get numb! I've Now completed my treatment plan and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend coming here. The whole staff is great and if you're afraid of the dentist, like I was, they'll fix that :)

I received full mouth dental implants from Dr. Dominic Sabatini at Three Rivers Dental Greentree,…read morePittsburgh, PA. I made a mistake and told Dr. Sabatini that I was relocating to California. Shortly after arriving in California, my bottom dental implants became loose. I went to New Smile Prosthodontics in Murrietta, CA and Dr. Alfredo Paredes informed me that I had three dental implant failures. He stated that he would have to remove the failed implants and install new ones. A few months later my top dental implants became loose. I went back to Dr. Paredes and he informed me that I only had two of the four implants in tack, one implant was misaligned, and the other was missing a screw. Dr. Paredes made some adjustment and installed new top dental implants.

I do not think she was the original doctor, but she examined my infected tooth. I asked why was it infected if they did the root canal and crown. She said sometimes it's just bad teeth. What does that even mean? Please don't be condescending. Explain things to me like I am an adult. The tooth I paid thousands to fix had to be extracted. I asked the assistant if I could keep it because well I paid for it. The assistant was too scared to ask the doctor. I left and will never step foot in that office again. They have so much literature about veneers and implants, I wonder if they actually care about keeping teeth in the mouth.

Took them almost 6 months to get a preauth from my insurance which was ridiculous but what's even worse? I called multiple times during that 6 months for other dental issues that had come up and NEVER got anyone on the phone and I did leave messages that NEVER got returned. By the time someone called me about my preauth I was so surprised and let them know about all the other work I needed since this is the first person I was able to talk to from their office since my initial appointment. Then fit me in early morning a few days later to do a follow-up on me. He always takes the conservative approach so as to not gouge you or your insurance. He tries the least invasive route first and only does more when necessary unlike stories I've heard about other practices. Not only that, he is always gentle and kind, constantly checking to make sure you're ok as he's working on you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
