However, when I called to book an appointment, the office manager, Jane, got me in asap (within 24 hrs). Once I arrived, Dr. Gardner saw me within 5 minutes and spent about 40 minutes with me. Asking questions, answering mine, and offering his thoughts etc. Dr. Gardner provided me with his complete attention and care and gave me piece of mind. I had to get some blood drawn and the lab is right there in the office which is really convenient. No wait at all. Quick, easy, painless, and the ladies in the lab were kind and professional. I was able to email Jane and Dr. Gardner directly, to send them some previous test results, and my emails were returned within 20 min. Each time my questions were answered fully. Most of my referrals have been from the IMG groups which I appreciate because if god forbid something were to happen and I end up at INOVA the specialists I see are on call. This is a huge plus since a lot of privately owned offices do not have after hour emergency services. As for the atmosphere, it's clean and the ladies up front are nice and polite.
