This review is about professionalism and communication. Despite showing up on time, tipping, and maintaining positive interactions at every visit, I was abruptly told that I should no longer return because I was "not a good fit." No explanation was given, and there was no effort to discuss the situation or retain my business. Ending a long-term customer relationship without notice or clarification is unprofessional and creates unnecessary confusion. Basic communication would have gone a long way toward handling this appropriately. I am leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision. Transparency and customer service is something this business needs significantly improvement.

I was told that I could make an appointment or just go as a walk-in, which I did. Wasn't far from my home and was pretty easy to find. My barber ended up being Dave and couldn't have asked for a more polite and courteous person. Explained what I wanted and what I like and was perfectly understood, which can be hard in some places. Dave explained the services with the beard including the straight razor and hot towel treatment. I was extremely happy with my haircut and felt good about going to an interview. My wife loved the haircut as well. With the customer service, the price, the offered services, and overall good atmosphere, I will certainly be back.
