Because my husband is a veteran he was offering us a free photo session with two free prints. I couldn't believe my luck! We were going to skip pictures because of the expense but suddenly, here he was like an angel. We did the session and were really excited and had fun. T.M. (Owner, lead photographer), promised we would have pictures in a few weeks. After a few weeks he sent a proofing sheet (that we wouldn't be able to save/use later because it was all one picture file) and then fell off the face of the earth. He wasted our time and then I couldn't ever get a hold of him. I had planned on buying extra prints and what not because we got the session for free but he never completed the deal. We wanted to have engagement pictures to give to my grandfather (who passed on 10/24/2013) and that never happened. It's been over a year since our free photo session and I still feel like he cheated us out of something special. He promised something we had no hope of getting before and then crushed our hopes when he failed to deliver. I'm in the market now for a photographer for both maternity and newborn pictures and you can BET I am not choosing this one. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He won't deliver. Edit to add: We finally got the pictures 4 days before my son was born. Which, I should add, was 14 months AFTER my wedding. I had hoped to gift a photo to my grandfather but he sadly passed away before I got my pictures (by 7 months). We did eventually get what was offered though. Since then I have used other photographers and have had much better experiences but the shoot itself for this session was good. Not excellent, but good. He definitely made us feel special during the shoot but some of the angles were not favorable.

To allow members of our family in Germany, Canada and the Eastern US to "attend" the service online, Brian worked seamlessly with the venue and the audio techs to produce a professional video that made them feel like they were participating and yet was completely unobtrusive to those present. I will treasure that video for the rest of my life. Losing my husband has been the hardest thing I have ever gone through, but in the middle of my grief, I am so grateful Brian helped me honor his life in such a beautiful way and make a lasting testament to the wonderful man he was. This is really way overdue, but Anh Phu took our engagement and wedding pictures in 2017. I am…read moresomeone with absolutely no vision for how things look; I just know I like nature and trees, and Anh Phu took us to all the right spots to take pictures. On our wedding day, we were short on time, but we still managed to squeeze half an hour of group photos at a location downtown, and he managed to do such a great job in so little time. Anh Phu might have strong directorial demands, but it actually worked out better in the end for us. I absolutely don't know how to pose, etc., so while it might be funny during the shooting to give us commands, it worked out. Also, his wonderful partner Chi Christina did my make up for both occasions. She did a fantastic job. I loved it. We had two sessions on my wedding day, and she really went above and beyond to fix my make up in between the sessions when I started to have some dry skin. I got lots of compliments, and felt so beautiful. The budget is also very reasonable, especially if you go for the package and do both the engagement and wedding photos.

Fast forward to 2022, hired them once again based off our previous experience with them for my parents 25th year vow renewal ( August 2022) , a big event to celebrate. My parents paid close to 6 thousand dollars for a package and their services. Yes they did show up the day of the event and captured the day. GREAT! We are now in June 2023 and we still have NOT received the work WE paid for. They wanted to hand over images that were yellow, a digital photo album that looked like it was glued by a 4 year old , and 80% of the rest of the package was missing. Complete BULLSHIT. We have been needing to chase them down for a service we paid for which is beyond unprofessional. Phone call after phone call, text message after text message and here we are 10 months later and still NOTHING. We have 3 other families who we recommended who are also on the same boat as us. Don't waste your time by booking them. Go to an actual photographer that will care about providing you great service and actually giving you the work you paid for. They're too busy biting more than what they can chew and going on trips.

We initially found him through a facebook ad (possibly the only facebook ad i've ever clicked on, and certainly the only one that ever led to a purchase!) and upon visiting his website were impressed not only by his photos, but by his low prices, and his policy of making full resolution dvds available to his clients without any messing around with crazy albums or pages or transfers of rights or anything. During our first meeting with Jeff, we felt totally confident in hiring him to shoot our wedding. He has been involved with tons of weddings in various capacities, so he had tons of great ideas and questions about things we hadn't even considered yet. It really put us at ease to know that this super-nice, super-helpful guy would be there and be ready to assist with logistical snafus. We were sort of flakey as brides/grooms go, so after hiring him, we didn't talk to Jeff again until about a week before the wedding. At that point, he helped us figure out the morning family photo schedule, and when we gave him an idea of where we wanted to take some pictures before the ceremony, he took a special trip to the site and scouted locations. Working with Jeff at the wedding was an absolute pleasure. We really felt like we were just walking around a garden with a friend, who happened to have a camera. We're not so artistic, so it was great to have someone with such a good eye suggesting textures and colors and poses for us to try, and he was equally good at listening to our ideas about plants and whatnot to use in the pictures. Most importantly, we were SO SO SO SO happy with how all the photos turned out. Within 3 days after the wedding, we had a flickr album ready to view/download/print, and it was really wonderful to see how great everything turned out. I was especially impressed with his artistic shots of decorative details, and his photojournalistic portraits of our guests. In summary, if you're looking for an extremely personable, flexible, talented wedding photographer at a real bargain of a price, i would recommend Jeff from 23 Images Photography without reservation. If you aren't a model then you're never certain what to do in the middle of a photo shoot, but Jeff made everything very relaxed for the two of us. He was very easy to work with. We met with him only once and gave him the details of the ceremony and reception. During the ceremony, I was little worried that he may not have got shots of the ring exchange since there were too many people surrounding us but when Norbert came back with the pictures I was pleasantly surprised on how he was able to capture all the shots some of which I wasn't even aware of. His prices are also very reasonable and he does offer various packages to suit everyone's budget and needs. We had a noon ceremony and a evening reception. Most other photographers would charge for the whole day but Norbert was the only one who did it by the hour. It was very nice working with him, we would definitely hire him again for any other events that we host in the future.
