My 1974 Camaro spent more than three months going in and out of their shop, and the main issue I brought it in for was never fixed. Along the way, they found several other problems, and I ended up paying over $4,000. When they finally told me the car was repaired, it broke down within an hour of picking it up. The car is now at another shop, where mechanics are correcting issues that Vintage Customs should have already taken care of. They might be great with certain classic cars, but I cannot recommend this shop for classic Camaro(s). The friendliness was there, but the workmanship and accountability were not.

He told me that was fine, and gave me an estimate of $299. When his agent arrived, the dude told me that it was actually going to be $200 per room because they had to do a special treatment due to the pet urine. They already knew that, and absolutely should have quoted me the higher price on the phone. That's just pure bait-and-switch tactics there, trying to get me to pay the higher price while they're on-site instead of doing the decent thing and quoting me the higher price up front. Additionally, the agent told me they're "not legally allowed to NOT use the special treatment on the whole carpet" so they refused to just treat the downstairs and wash the rest of the house normally.
