All communication was through email (which I prefer) and all my questions were answered really fast! The price was amazing! Better than all competitors! They were able to book me 2 days after my first contact (again... so impressed!) and when the came... OMG... it feels like I have a new house. I have had this carpet placed in almost every classroom and office space as an educator. It was filthy, especially around the fringes. Although I would vacuum it and sweep it, the wear and tear of the years inside a classroom took its toll. He went around the house and said that we had 10 areas and 32 stairs. He also had some blue light that showed him urine. We just bought this house and the owners before had a large dog. Because of that he added $250. The original quote was $420, but when he came he said it would be $700. Which was high but it was fine as long as there wouldn't be any urine and stains on the carpet. We agreed to the price and he started his job. We have a big house over 4,000 square feet, so we thought this would take him the whole day. He started at 9:30 and was done by 12:30. Both me and my mom were confused and thought how could he be done so quickly. He tried showing us pictures on his phone of before and after, and to be honest we didn't notice much of a difference. I didn't take before pictures but I've attached the after pictures. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's because it's still wet and we should wait till it dries to see a difference. No the carpet looked exactly the same. This was disappointing and I would never use this company again. Also not to mention he was being incredibly rude to my mother and talking down to her. She doesn't speak good English and he would say things and make little rude remarks. However they were farmed out by a larger company that they work with and…read morethat company is horrible they completely misrepresented the carpet cleaning stating there would have a van with on onboard hot water steam extraction yet that was not the case. It was basically a large extractor that anybody can rent from home Depot and they needed hot water from is. Thank goodness we had it because it's the house we're working on and we didn't have it a day before. Yhe prior company made a quote that wasn't even close to the actual price. Now as far as the person that did the work in this company above they were good. They did a good job. It's too bad that they were completely misrepresented by the Main company that farmed them out.
