Our siding was delivered and should have began today, but in true Morgan fashion, it will not because of their negligence. Of course not everything was delivered. Things are now backordered that should have already been with our siding being it has been sitting in their warehouse since August. However we were told by Blake that our things have now been sold!!! How do you not know this beforehand??? How do you not notify the customer?? They have been screwing with us since day one!! Blake even asked my husband and I if we'd update our reviews if things went from here on out without a hitch, we agreed. Well this is just another nail in the coffin for Morgan Exteriors!!! This company is a huge joke!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! I am so upset with this company and how they have completely showed unprofessionalism throughout this entire six month. That's right!!!! I said SIX MONTHS!!! We ordered our siding back in May of this year and then our windows in July of this year. We were told that the windows and siding would be installed two months ago. We are still waiting. Our siding was delivered to Morgan Exteriors back in August but we had to wait for the windows. That being said, they then told us we had to wait in the siding because it wasn't there. Which means they either sold it, lost it or used it somewhere else. Then we get a call about two weeks ago to tell us that the window installation would start November 28th and the guy never showed up. This has got to be the most infantile, the most playground company I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with!! Save your time and stress people and go elsewhere.

I purchased a hurricane impact fiberglass door from Southland exteriors for $3,083.22, and had it…read moreinstalled on 10/23/23. I also purchased new impact windows for $16,983. In December 2024 I noticed the door was not closing correctly. Upon inspection I noticed that the screws of the lower hinge were detached from the frame and that all of the hinges were rusted. I contacted Southland and the woman who answers the phone asked me to send pictures. They then texted me "Thx u I will share these with the repair department and someone will be in contact." I called back after the new year and the woman who answers the phone told me they sent the pictures to the manufacturer. I asked why they would do that and she said she just answers the phone. I asked for someone to call me back who could explain what was going on. I then received a call from a man yelling at me that he doesn't know what I did to the door but someone obviously damaged it and the screws coming out of the frame doesn't just happen. Someone must have slammed it open. I told him that the door doesn't even swing open far enough for the hinge to be stretched as he was suggesting. I asked him do I need to call the BBB because this call was very unprofessional. I also asked him to please lower his voice. He responded that he does not like being threatened and that he was recording me. I told him it was illegal to record me without my permission in FL and he admitted he was just saying that to scare me. I asked him what his name was and he would not give it to me. I spent over 20k with this company and was shocked at the lack of professionalism and evasiveness. They did not even inspect the door in person to come up with this conclusion. Once the check clears, do not expect any decency. Also, my sales person was no longer with the company when I called. Pick another company. There are plenty out there.

After spending over $10K for our stucco repair, a year later it completely failed. This should have…read moreheld up for at least 15-20 years. Huge, gaping cracks, interior water damage, the works. We reached out on several occasions to have him come out and fix but didn't return any calls or texts. Finally after about a dozen calls he texted us saying that he no longer works on residential jobs and only commercial. Then blocked us (or as we assume because then we never heard from them again). We found another company to assess the situation and luckily they were able to fix everything but not without realizing that the other company cut corners, didn't seal several areas and didn't complete the job as it should have been in the first place. Spent another few thousand to fix when clearly Coastal Exteriors should have repaired this for free. If I could give 0 stars I would. So unbelievably disappointing that they work this way.

We had L&V roofing replace our broken tile with metal roofing .Although they screwed the panels by…read morecode they are not installed properly and instead of laying flat there are cupped going side to side and rolling like a roller coaster from eave to ridge. We believe the installers were careless when removing the panels from the pile. Every panel has scratches in them. I know it's hard to believe but this is no exaggeration -- EVERY PANEL SCRATCHED. Some of them tiny but most of them are long scratches. The installers cut the valleys after installing the panels and the cuts are jagged. I have attached a few pix. I have many more. Not only do you want your roof not to leak but also it should look beautiful. I am not sure if this roof is leaking now but I have been assure by a private home inspector and 3 other roofer that if it is not leaking now it will be soon. I caution everyone on using any metal roofing that has instructions to nail through the top of the ribs. The sealing surface of the screw is very small and because the screw is not screwed all the way down with the metal expanding and contracting the holes will enlarge over time causing leaks Find out from your contractor that the screws will be going into the flat parts of the panel not the crowns. There are additional things wrong with the installation but that is a surprise when we go to court. I like Vinnie from L&V Roofing but will never use them again. L&V is out of Ft. Myers Fla. The work was done in Port Charlothe Fla. if you have had a metal roof done by this company I urge you to have it inspected.
