That'll be an issue when we go to "clean" your duct system. You may also experience leaking through your ceiling into your children's bedroom. We will gaslight you and tell you it's just mildew. We have no degree nor background in mold remediation but we will spray some magic spray on it and call it a day. You can overpay for rent and only use the laundry mat when it's actually in service. Other than it being out of service more than necessary we keep is trashy. When you inevitably move out we will RAPE you on move out fees when the apartments are absolutely not suitable to live in upon move in. Slap some paint on a piece of shit and you can make even that look nice. All in all hated living in this community. Will most definitely drag its name through the dirt till it is torn down.

It's beauty is remarkable, and the amenities are unsurpassed. My wife and I are people people, and we've always had many friends wherever we've lived. However, in the 2 short years we've lived at TR, we know more people than anywhere else we've ever lived, and have many many lovely friends. The information provided about the program was unclear, and I felt that the benefits and qualifications were not communicated accurately or consistently. The overall impression I received was that first responders are not valued in the way the marketing materials suggest. Potential renters who are considering Tesson Ridge because of the Hometown Hero Program should ask detailed questions and obtain all terms and conditions in writing before making a decision. I hope management takes steps to improve transparency and ensure that the program delivers what prospective residents are led to expect.

On top of that steps are on safe and certain buildings and they've been marked off with caution tape for over a year it's still not fixed and then there's other buildings that have faulty steps and cracks they were notified when I moved in before I moved in honestly that the the set to my bill they need to be repaired and they're saying oh those are in the work well you know what it's been over a year since the other ones have been still sitting there it's been since November since I moved in here and still they've not repaired the steps. The property is on sanitary unsafe unhealthy and really needs a thorough inspection and be fine for all these faulty and unhealthy and unsafe things on this property. I've given my seventh month notice I'm out as soon as my lease ends I do not recommend moving here I don't recommend moving to the other property either. Management wants to come up after excuse after excuse when you want to go into the office talk manager the staff wants to come up with an excuse oh they're in a meeting or they're in a conference it's constant all the time and they're not so I can guarantee you if you get that excuse it's a lie. They're just trying to avoid you. My rent has been paid every month on time I keep my apartment maintained like I did at the other property which when I moved over here I didn't realize it was the same company giving them a chance and it's just worse than it was at the other property. They can't keep management here and I wonder why. And I'll tell you that corporate makes a decision so you know what it's management maintenance that's responsible maintaining this property now as far as the property owners van rooy which are out of Indianapolis Indiana or the worst rental company I could ever imagine dealing with they are sloppy neglectful and they do not care about their properties. The big billboard sign that had their Lakewood name on it had graffiti all over they finally covered it up. And yes it's the type of people that live in here too I will say that and it's definitely ghetto. Worst property I've ever lived on. And iPhone two homes in my lifetime and I could have never imagined bringing my children are my cousin to this unsafe unhealthy unsanitary environment. Lakewood Where the apartments are nice but the environment... eh... not so much!…read more We lived there for just about 3 years. When we moved in within a week or so our dishwasher acted up and maintenance came late at night and stayed till 2am when the issue was resolved. Our dishwasher was connected to the sink plumbing so it would flood and after that we rarely had this issue. We were really impressed with this place for about a year. Then we had not so great neighbors, our car got stolen and we started to feel unsafe. Throughout all of this management was prompt to respond and very thoughtful. They made us feel appreciated and heard. I felt like Alicia (the property manager) really listened to me. If she wasn't around, whoever was did their best to help with any issues. As I stated maintenance was there for an emergency. We didn't really ask for much from them otherwise. They're good about keeping the grounds clean bd managing the trash situation as quickly as they can. The dumpsters over flow often especially on F- Sun but they do try to keep it under control. There were a few instances where maintenance wouldn't inform us of work. One time (I was about to pop with my second) I went to take a shower and there was no water. They'd shut it off for our whole building mid summer and told no one anything. These kinds of things would happen every once in a while. We'd lived in communities before that send a courtesy email or clip a note to the door way ahead of time. It's not unreasonable to have notice for these things. In the 3yrs we were there they had work done in the unit above us a handful of times and every single time they did the floors the works for just throw their supplies on the ground raining from 7am- 11pm. No warning there'd be work above us- nothing. Every neighbor wasn't considerate. I'm not over exaggerating. Everyone is loud!!!As much as I want to go into full on detail the list would just be too long. We have small children and they'd get woken up on average 3 times a week by disturbances. Towards the end they didn't really nap because it wasn't possible. If you are hard of hearing or are a noisy person that has no regard for anyone else then this place is perfect for you. If you're hardly ever home and just need a place to eat, shower and sleep- get some really good quality headphones and this place could be for you. If you are a stay at home parent or work from home this place will drive you absolutely bananas.
