They fixed my dead Toro for $115 in less than 10 days. They're straight forward and reliable and kept me in the loop. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy Weatherall was very helpful in advising me on selecting a mower. I had lots of questions and he patiently answered each one. He listens to the customer and meets their needs. I love my new mower and came back a week later and bought a weed eater system with several attachments. I fully recommend you visit Richardson Saw & Lawnmower and ask for Jeremy.

Brought my Stihl trimmer there because it wasn't starting. They fixed it in about 5 minutes, and didn't even charge me.

They serviced my mower quickly and gave me good advice about replacement versus repair on a line trimmer.

I went to Plano Power to talk with someone knowledgeable (something I could not get at the big box stores and clearly not via Amazon). Robert Martin took the time to listen to me, discuss what I wanted and advise based on his experiences. He spent the time I needed and made sure I knew about the free battery offer. He was absolutely great and I could not ask for anything more. Thank you, Robert.

I figured, "Wow, that's about 3x what I've paid for my last couple mowers from Home Depot or Lowes, but it'll be worth because they'll stand behind what they sell!" About thirty mowings later, the mower died at the exact instant I'd accidentally bumped it into my truck. I didn't crash into my truck at a dead sprint, I simply bumped it when the self-propelled wheels got away from me a bit. It had been starting and running flawlessly before that. Well of course it wouldn't start for love or money afterwards, so I took it in to PPE. Googling "why did my Honda HRX die when I bumped it into my truck?" yielded the answer, "likely the bump broke the flywheel key, which is a safety feature designed to kill the engine to prevent it from damaging itself when the mower hits a hard object". That seemed reasonable, and easy to fix. But after holding onto the mower for weeks I finally got a call stating that they couldn't figure out what was wrong, that they were waiting to hear back from Honda to see if they would provide parts under warranty, and that they saw evidence of dirt ingestion and scoring of the piston and cylinder and low oil. Ok. Why there would be dirt ingestion I don't know. I never ran it without an air filter. I topped up the oil at the beginning of the season. It's a BRAND NEW MOWER that's been used to mow about a quarter acre around 25-30 times. How worn out could the oil be?? And even with dirt ingestion and scoring, that is NOT what made it go from starting and running flawlessly to an instantaneous kill during a bump. So I go to pick it up today after receiving a call out of the blue yesterday saying that it was "ready". Lol, not so much. Apparently they just wanted it out of the repair shop, because for a $200 labor fee what I got back was an almost entirely disassembled engine on a mower deck. Wth am I supposed to do with that?? My 2 cents: you could buy THREE mowers from HD for what I paid PPE for a mower that lasted 30 mows. Oh, and here's the best part: it seems they were aware Honda was getting out of small engines when they sold me mine. Thanks for standing behind your products, Plano Power Equipment!!

You came out in early spring, to provide an estimate, when the sun rises further to the south (this area was shaded at that time) but as we get further into the summer the sun is further North (it's in full sun now). We talked about this! Being the professional landscaper, you should know how the seasons affect the sun/shade in planting areas with fences and structure nearby. In stead of making good on your mistake, you wanted to sell us other plants which we declined because we already paid you to landscape this area. You recommended what plants to plant! The repairs made on the pavers and underground drain is ugly. The pavers have a noticeable dip in them because you reset a small section rather than fixing it correctly. All the pavers should have been reset to slope away from the covered patio. After resetting the pavers, you did not fill in the spaces between the pavers. You would know this if you ever inspected your crews work but you've never been back since providing the estimate. You would have also seen the damage they did to our new gutters. And by the way, we are very pleased with the work our contractor did on our outdoor living space.

If you are in the Richardson area you must certainly pop in and see what you can find to add life and color to your home.
