Beware of This Office's Shady Practices…read more I am extremely disappointed with the way this office handles patient deposits and customer service. I was scheduled for surgery and came in two weeks prior to sign the required paperwork, which included a policy stating cancellations must be made within a month to get a refund. The very next day, my insurance denied coverage, and I found out I would need to pay $12,000 out of pocket for the procedure. I immediately called the office to cancel the surgery, thinking the timing and circumstances would be understood. Despite the fact that this was less than 24 hours after learning about the insurance denial and well before the surgery date, the office refused to return my deposit. I still had my lap band removal done on the scheduled day but couldn't proceed with the sleeve surgery due to the financial burden. The lack of flexibility and empathy from this office is appalling. They are quick to take your money but unwilling to work with you in good faith when unexpected circumstances arise. I feel taken advantage of and would caution anyone considering this office to be very wary of their policies and how they treat their patients. Save yourself the stress and find a medical provider who actually cares about their patients, not just their bottom line.

They have very timely reminders to ensure you're aware of your appointment and have the links for filling in the required details ahead of your appointment. In the office, the receptionist was friendly and nice. There was no wait in addition to my appointment time. Dr. Sean Gupton was pleasant and easy to talk to. He went through my medical history and profile and suggested some routine exams (mammogram, pap smear, annual physical) and additional ones (cardiology appointment & EKG) based on my family history. The referrals were all provided the same day and I was able to schedule the appointments with the respective offices/labs in the following week. Doctors Center received the lab results immediately and even called me to schedule the follow-up to review the results which I was able to schedule for the week after I finished all the exams. Dr. Gupton reviewed and explained the lab results clearly, explaining what needs attention and which ones I should not be worried about. He also answered my questions politely. Overall, the end to end process exceeded my expectations! All the referred clinics and labs were all great too and easy to schedule with. I was a new patient for all of them since this was the first time I was doing any medical related checkup in Las Vegas.

I purchased a package and am happy to say that I am very satisfied with my choice. The location is near St. Rose San Martin and near the rear of an office building off of Cimmaron. Super Quick in and out. I never had made an appointment and never have waited over 5 minutes to get my injection. I sign in, give them my shot card and then am seen within that 5 minute time frame. The facility itself is upstairs and very clean. They have a TV in the front that plays the news or home shows that is nice to watch while waiting. The front office person has always been very pleasant and everyone that has given me my injections is perky and friendly, even super early in the morning. I have had Alex on a few occasions and she is great. I enjoy talking to her even if it is just for a couple of minutes to get a shot in my hip! The B12 is $120 for 12 or $18 a piece. You can only purchase a Groupon ONE time. It says it right on the Groupon when purchased. Apparently, they have people trying to purchase multiple Groupons all of the time. It is a great deal without the Groupon anyway, so suck it up and purchase it at regular price and quit giving them a hard time :) I seriously love B12 shots and don't think I can ever live without them again. They are just part of my weekly feel good routine and I highly recommend them and this facility.

I cannot recommend GameDay Men's Health based on my experience. What should have been a routine…read moreconsultation resulted in two emergency room visits, over $6,000 in out-of-pocket medical expenses, and a complete loss of confidence in their medical judgment. Several years ago, I suffered a head injury that led to erectile dysfunction. I had previously tried injection therapy, which initially worked but ultimately resulted in a priapism (an erection lasting longer than four hours). After that, I switched to oral medications, which worked well for years. Only recently did they become slightly less effective. I explained my complete medical history, including my prior priapism, during my initial consultation with GameDay. Despite knowing I had already experienced this serious complication, they prescribed Trimix and had it shipped to me, along with phenylephrine to use if another priapism occurred. The very first injection caused another priapism that required an emergency room visit. I underwent the painful process of blood drainage and multiple phenylephrine injections. Even with insurance, my out-of-pocket cost exceeded $3,000. The treating urologist was highly critical of men's health clinics that prescribe injection therapy without the careful dose titration and oversight typically provided by a urologist. He believed Trimix was unnecessary in my case and that optimizing my oral medication regimen would likely have been sufficient. The following day, my GameDay provider apologized and admitted she had prescribed the strongest of six Trimix formulations. She offered a weaker version at no charge and scheduled an in-office injection. At that appointment, the first injection produced only a partial response. Instead of gradually adjusting the dose over multiple visits, I was given a second injection only 15 minutes later, resulting in another priapism. The provider administered one dose of the phenylephrine I had brought, but it was not enough. She said a second dose would be given if needed. While I briefly stepped out to use the restroom, the phenylephrine somehow disappeared. The provider had been the only person handling it, yet neither she nor another employee could locate it. Without the second dose, I once again had no choice but to go to the emergency room, where I endured the same painful treatment and expect another bill exceeding $3,000. The second emergency physician echoed the concerns of the first. He explained that injection therapy should produce about an 80% erection, with the remainder achieved through stimulation. He also said a second injection should never have been given after only 15 minutes. Instead, the dosage should have been increased gradually over several days until the proper dose was determined. After the second incident, GameDay initially told me there was nothing they could do. Only after I expressed my dissatisfaction did they refund approximately $300--the cost of the medication. That refund did nothing to address the thousands of dollars in medical bills or the pain I endured. In my opinion, GameDay's poor clinical judgment, inappropriate dosing, and inadequate management directly resulted in two preventable medical emergencies. I strongly recommend seeing a qualified urologist instead of a men's health clinic. A urologist can provide evidence-based treatment, carefully monitor dosing, and often manage complications before they become expensive emergency room visits. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GameDay Men's Health.
