As a new patient, my experience with Doctors Center has been amazing. Scheduling my first check-up was a breeze and I was able to fill in most of my health profile and account details through their portal. They have very timely reminders to ensure you're aware of your appointment and have the links for filling in the required details ahead of your appointment. In the office, the receptionist was friendly and nice. There was no wait in addition to my appointment time. Dr. Sean Gupton was pleasant and easy to talk to. He went through my medical history and profile and suggested some routine exams (mammogram, pap smear, annual physical) and additional ones (cardiology appointment & EKG) based on my family history. The referrals were all provided the same day and I was able to schedule the appointments with the respective offices/labs in the following week. Doctors Center received the lab results immediately and even called me to schedule the follow-up to review the results which I was able to schedule for the week after I finished all the exams. Dr. Gupton reviewed and explained the lab results clearly, explaining what needs attention and which ones I should not be worried about. He also answered my questions politely. Overall, the end to end process exceeded my expectations! All the referred clinics and labs were all great too and easy to schedule with. I was a new patient for all of them since this was the first time I was doing any medical related checkup in Las Vegas. read more

Recently did a yelp review on the warm Springs location, but since Dr. Capobianco travels to all locations I think it's definitely worth you reading my review. Especially if you are a new patient looking for a primary or even an existing patient.. i'm giving this to one if I can rate it a zero I would. But I would definitely run from this provider and never look back. Find a doctor that will listen and give referrals for correct diagnosis. read more

Dealing with breast cancer concerns and trying to get a biopsy referral after my mammogram? Total headache. I practically had to beg for it when I should've been informed right off the bat. And to add insult to injury, after finally obtaining the referral, I had to fax it myself because the radiology place either didn't receive it earlier or received the wrong one! Moreover, trying to get updates on my biopsy or pathology report? It was like pulling teeth. Even my specialist wanted them to reach out to explain more in detail before my appointment with the surgeon. Despite numerous calls and requests from both the specialist office and myself, communication remained frustratingly lacking. By the way, they faxed the referral to the wrong number to the Specialist, and I had to call them to refax it to the correct number. By all means, if I was not being proactive and pushing them, I may not even know I had breast cancer for another long period of time. And that's not all - then came the billing nightmare. Before February 15th, I reached out to Dr. Center to correct a billing error. After being bounced around between different numbers and leaving countless messages, I finally sent an email outlining the issue. Fast forward to February 26th, I followed up with Dr. Center regarding the billing issue, only to be told that it's a "long process." There was no follow-up call to inform me of any updates. Now, here's where it gets even more frustrating. On March 12th, I received an email from LabCorp stating that my bill is past due, and I may be denied service if I don't pay up. This is on top of dealing with the stress of the cancer diagnosis mentioned earlier. It's infuriating to think that despite paying a lot of money by my company a month for insurance, I'm being slapped with an outrageous bill of close to $800 for what should have been a routine annual body check lab work, something that's typically covered. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with how everything unfolded. Managing health concerns is already challenging, and this billing debacle only exacerbated the situation. When facing something as serious as cancer, one would expect a higher level of support and guidance. Unfortunately, Dr. Center's team fell short of these expectations. If I were to give Dr. Center a rating out of five stars, it would be for the efforts of a few individuals who try to help. However, the administrative inefficiencies within the office seem to be beyond their control. I've started keeping track of all dates, correspondence and records with Dr. Center. If further legal action is needed and can also help future patients, I will do it for sure. read more

Ok, I found this place by accident, because it is literally walking distance from my house, which is awesome. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised!! EVERYONE, from the front desk to the lab technician (phlebotomist) to the Med Techs, to the Ultrasound gentlemen (who was beyond kind and helpful), to the awesome Nurse Practitioner, Natalie Wynn, was SO kind and friendly. Natalie listened and took the time to diagnose properly. I have not seen a doctor's office like this in my 30 years I have lived in Vegas. Highly recommend. read more

Booked an appointment online. We got an email and filled a new paper work. No confirmation nor cancellation was sent. Upon arrival, Spanish front desk old heavyset woman with zero Customer service skills did not care about any of that and basically said she can't help and won't do anything to even try aka useless worker. Apparently, even FedEx people were fed up by her. By looking at previous comments, probably the same front desk member that everyone hates. Dr. Taitano obviously is about booking as many cattle ( patients ) as possible. I have a back that's ready for surgery. Can't sit for 2 hours straight. When I asked they said it will be 1/2 an hour. Two hours later, still no doctor. Booked a Telemed conference. Doctor was late again. find a doctor that can look you in the eye, answer your questions and BE HONEST WITH YOU! read more

Go somewhere else if you need medical care. They don't see you if you are sick, according to the lead NP "the doctor is to busy to see patients." When he requested to talk to the doctor. They mistreated my husband who has a serious heart condition when he got Covid, they "forgot" to give Covid meds and than lied about it in his chart. When he got the flu two weeks later they left him and my son in the parking lot and refused to see either of them. This led two double ear infections and a popped eardrum and lung infection. Safe to say we have found a new doctor that can treat sick and cardiac patients. read more

Everyone from the receptionist, to office workers and nurses are so nice. The big thank you goes to Noah for his kindness and all help. Dr. Taitano is a fabulous doctor. He may have saved my life. I had seen a pain doctor and scans were done showing that I had a blockage in my coronary artery of 68%. That doctor said we will follow, we don't operate until it is 70%. Dr. T (as I call him) said that he did not like that result, ultrasounds are not that reliable. He ordered further radiological studies which showed I had a blockage of 85%. Upon getting that result he ordered that I see a specialist, a cardiac thoracic surgeon. That surgeon was surprised that I had come to him without having experienced symptoms or a stroke first. Had Dr. T not gone further we would have been on a ship without any medical support to handle a stroke. The chances of a stroke were 20x greater without the surgery. Dr. Taitano is a fabulous physician and I would not go to any other primary physician. I do believe he saved my life. read more

Rude office personnel and incompetent schedulers are the first things you will encounter when trying to go to this place. Why do you fill out ALL information online if no one reads it. There shouldn't be an appointment scheduled if insurance isn't accepted or at least a reply back when noticed. And when someone walks in, there should be someone to say hello and ask if if an appointment was made not reply with a rude comment if the wrong clipboard was signed because you are too lazy or irritated to notice when someone comes in. Just plain rude. Go elsewhere for a doctor. Even though the doctors may be good, their staff isn't. read more

The front desk woman is by far the most incompetent person ive ever encountered! I had a 3pm appointment scheduled and arrived 10 minutes early. I waited for over 50 minutes while everyone else in the waiting room had already been seen by the doctor. I was the only person in the waiting room for about 30 minutes and not once did this woman even acknowledge me! After about an hour she finally told me that i have to reschedule because their internet was down. She said the internet had been down for 10 minutes but couldn't explain why she still had me wait for over 40 minutes prior to that. Just a complete waste of time. So unprofessional and useless! This isnt even the first time shes done something like this! I also had a previous appointment booked for 4:15 and she sent me away after i waited for 15 minutes because apparently they dont take appointments that close to their 5pm closing time! This whole place is just an absolute joke!! And this woman has zero clue how to do her job!! read more

ALL FAKE REVIEWS!! As soon as I walk it you can sense the unprofessionalism, i greeted them and all I got was silent stare . I don't know who makes their policy! But the girl in the front had so many reasons to not let me get check. She told me they needed my primary care to be Leo and I called my insurance same time she told me. And it gone change asap and then I told her it's been change then she told me I'm gonna have to wait a while because it's walk in when I made the appointment online and then she said proceeds to tell me that it's gonna take a long time anyway. Then finally she tells they won't cover me since of my insurance and that she informed me and I told her how did you informed me she could not even I showed her the text message they sent which was declining my daughter treatment since she's under 12 overall very POOR UNEDUCATED LACK OF SENSE GIRL!!! And she knows it. So many push backs she should of just called and let me know. But I had to deliver and waste my time to find out at the end of the day they would not see me.
